Called customer services, as our toilet pan had unfortunately broken in transit to the delivery company. Charlotte was friendly and apologetic (despite it not being Bathroom Mountain’s fault!), and delivered a swift solution whilst I was on the phone. A new, undamaged pan was delivered just two days after the call. A great company, who I have shopped with a number of times, with great customer service.

Being older people we were wary of buying on line. Brilliant service from start to finish and Cheryl and her colleagues really helped us get what we wanted for our new bathroom. Did go and have a visit to the showroom in Stoke on Trent and a helpful young man printed off our large order and went around the showroom room telling us what we had purchased. Well worth visiting the huge showroom and wished I’d known about their tile showroom next door as I’d already purchased my tiles from somewhere else. Would highly recommend Bathroom Warehouse to purchase your new bathroom as everything went smoothly from ordering through to delivery. Only just had the bathroom fitted so wary of opening the boxes but need not have worried as everything was fine.

I was having some technical issue while we trying to purchase. They have acted really quickly and my shipment was next day delivery.

Everything is good quality and delivered on time

I made an error after being confused over a product description which meant I cancelled an item form a multi part order then I had to reorder the same item.
As the item was now on a separate order I incurred an additional delivery fee. I called to explain that I did not want to pay twice for the same delivery and Mussab agreed very quickly to credit the additional delivery charge. Great Customer Service !!

Excellent customer service. Had a problem with a slight leak on the toilet. The plumber tried resealing everything but the leak still came back. Contacted customer services and Taimoor was so helpful and arranged an immediate replacement. Thanks so much for your help Taimoor you are a credit to your team.
