Although I have already submitted a review , I will repeat what I have said.
Despite being disappointed to receive my order damaged in transit, I was pleased to receive a replacement the following morning, Thanks to Tim from Customer Services. That’s what I call a first class service

Very good company to deal with, but after going to their showroom, I couldn't actually purchase to take away which a bit disappointing. The prices are excellent, and Customer Service by Ben at Edge Lane Liverpool was superb. I was able to order what I required and it was delivered on the date we chose.

Easy to use website, delivered quickly, excellent product. Good value for money. Will use again.

They are doing quick delivery, quite response. However, it's v difficult to return, they have very straight policy to return product, majorly on the packaging.

As my builder opened the box, the string will be cut off, and the box needs to take off sellotape to open. The box will need more sellotape to hold the string, and to close the box tightly, for the delivery people safety. I have tried to take off the sellotape, the string will go away.

In another word, once your opened the product, the box is opened, they will say it's not on the original packaging way as you used your own sellotape. We really don't like the product... Money is fine, but the product is not a good quality stuffs.

I have emailed them a few times, still not able to get to the returning process. My first bad experience in online shopping in the UK...

There was a mistake with the delivery but it's here now.
The LCD light around the doors is only bright enough for nipping to the loo at night. You couldn't pluck your eyebrows by it as it's not bright enough.
Quite nice looking with the doors open.

Ordered complete bathroom suite in middle of July. Got it delivered in no time.. great products and excellent staff at hand to help answer all my questions. There was a small hitch with one of the deliveries but it was quickly sorted. One of the best thing about BM, they have multiple options to choose from.

Bathroom Mountain experience has been v positive! Order delivered promptly with good comms re delivery time slot, good quality items, and when finding I had an issue with the bath and needed to return it, customer services were extremely responsive and helpful with actually two advisors emailing me back within minutes to support the return, delivery pick up date etc. Harmain was specifically v helpful in providing an update and issuing the refund. Not experienced customer services like this! Solid.

After a few initial problems we finally got there, all products are spot on.
