Due to no fault of the company or the product I need ed to quickly reorder parts of my order. I received a rapid and helpful solution, which allowed me to complete the project with minimal delay.

After an issue with a broken cistern a replacement arrive the next day. I can’t fault the price of the toilet and speed of delivery.

Although there was a problem with a missing item in the delivery, Waliya from the customer support team was able to advise me that this was due to a stock issue and swiftly organised for an alternative item to be sent. Very speedy and easy process

The mirror arrived promptly and well packaged. It was relatively easy to attach to the wall. My issues is that when I pull the cord to turn on or change the light settings, it flickers a bit. It didn’t do it when I first got it, but the flickering started soon after. It makes me worry that it won’t last long. I hope I am wrong, as it looks good.

I had a problem with my order, I spoke with Minahil from customer services, who was really helpful and efficient and resolved my problem within the short time we were on the phone. Excellent customer service (and no long queue to speak to someone!) Cannot recommend them highly enough!
