Product arrived damaged and they wont accept the return. We are a plumbing and heating company with 12 employees and was really looking for a good online bathroom supplier. However after trying to return the product that arrived damaged they state it is beyond the return for damaged goods. We did not use the mirror yet or even check it due to proceeding with the rest of the bathroom installation however it was less than 30 days.
I would highly recommend nobody use bathroom mountain and stick to more mainstream suppliers

Very fast delivery and good prices. I've placed multiple orders. I needed a replacement item that I broke and the customer service was quick and they offered exactly what I needed. There was one issue with a courier not delivering on time, but this was well resolved by Bathroom Mountain. Really good customer service - better than I've experienced from other bathroom retailers.

Fast delivery, radiator exactly as pictured and a very good price.

Sold a radiator with significant damage to the paint. Tried to resolve with the customer service contact email and was completely ignored.
A waste of money as unable to use or need to repair it which is more money again. Will not but from them again

The advisor I spoke to was fantastic!! Saba couldn’t have been more helpful. I need to return 2 items due to a mistake (my fault) when ordering and she quickly sorted this for me. She stayed on the chat while I arranged postage so I could send her the details. Couldn’t fault her service!!

The item itself is fine - exactly what I ordered.

The delivery, communication with delivery and everything to do with actually getting the product was a nightmare.
If you choose to use a dodgy delivery company that doesn’t communicate nor attempt to deliver the item… this reflects badly on you as you are knowingly using a poor delivery company.

To expect me to take numerous days off work on the ‘off chance’ the delivery company will leave the van and attempt to deliver seems ludicrous.

Could have been a great experience for a first time customer - instead stressful and very costly for me. I won’t be shopping with Bathroom Mountain again purely due to delivery company, which is a shame.

There was a small problem with a part of my order. I emailed Customer Services and promptly received a reply from Charlotte. I can honestly say I received the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Her responses were super fast, understanding and kind. My problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction. In a world of AI, dealing with a competent, professional and thoroughly nice person was a refreshing change. I can't thank Charlotte enough.
