Lack of Quality Control before delivery
I ordered a vanity unit with basin and toilet with cistern enclosed in unit that matched the vanity unit, and a bath.
The bath arrived with a big scratch in it which was visible before being unwrapped! It was rejected and a new one was delivered the next day. The wash basin, when unpacked has a small pitting in the ceramic near to the waste outlet. This had to be replaced, but on a separate delivery 2 days later. Where is the quality control inspection before delivery?

A great experience. We ordered 10 radiators. They were delivered the next day. Couldn’t believe the great service. And the radiators are great quality. We love them.

When I had issues with the delivery
When I had issues with the delivery, this was reported via the online chat as the website function wasn't working. SABA dealt with this immediately and arranged the replacement item after issuing her the relevant information and photos. Good service

We had a damaged shower tray delivered which needed to be returned and replaced - this was sorted out straightaway with a date that suited ourselves and with no problems whatsoever by Minahil Mehmood - if there was any further problems, i would be happy to deal with Minahil again - thanks so much Minahil

The full mirror is truly beautiful
The full mirror is truly beautiful. As an idea, I would make the space for the back cable a little bigger, since you are struggling to hide it. The button for the on/off light is permanently on, resulting in unnecessary light and power use. If you turn the light on, the demister is activated automatically. The speakers are very good for this product. I hope this review will help improve the mirror.

Excellent quality, service and delivery
Really pleased with my purchases from Bathroom Mountain. I originally ordered my bathroom suite from them, including the toilet, vanity unit/basin and fittings, and I've now returned to purchase a new vertical radiator for my hall, stairs and landing.
The quality of everything I've received has been excellent and the bathroom suite looks fantastic now it's fitted. Everything feels well made and the finish is exactly what I was hoping for.
I've also been really impressed with the service from Bathroom Mountain. Both orders were delivered promptly, communication regarding the orders and deliveries was excellent, and everything arrived well packaged and in good condition.
Having had such a good experience with the bathroom order, I was more than happy to use Bathroom Mountain again when I needed the radiator. Great quality products, good prices and reliable service. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
