I had to change my order, everything went smoothly and a quick refund.

Supplied on time and as described. Looks very nice, and I'm happy with it. There was however a small problem: 2 of the 3 push to open/push to close catches for the mirror doors were found to be broken off, which wasn't discovered until installing, which was after the 48 hour period the supplier allows after delivery to check it's OK. They were unable to provide replacements, so I had to procure my own. The hole centres were different, so I had to drill and tap M4 holes in the metal frame to accept the new ones. A fiddle, but now OK. The supplier did provide a £40 refund, which covered my extra costs. Also lack of documentation/user guide, so I wouldn't know how to go about replacing the lighting if and when it fails in the future.

Bought bathroom panels from this company and they are poorly made , their customer service shocking and argued that they are fit for purpose, they are , truly rubbish , do not purchase

Very disappointed with the products and customer service

Initially, I was very pleased with my Bathroom Mountain purchase. The products looked really nice once installed, and I was very happy with how the bathroom looked. Unfortunately, that changed within just a few weeks.

I placed my order on 11 January 2026. Around five weeks after installation, the Bermuda Chalk White vanity cabinet developed significant cracking. I contacted Bathroom Mountain, provided photographs and answered detailed questions about cleaning, water exposure, ventilation and the location of the unit. They subsequently supplied a replacement vanity cabinet.

Unfortunately, the replacement has now developed the same problem again, actually worse, with cracking in two separate areas. The matching back-to-wall toilet housing has also developed cracking/deterioration.

I asked for a refund rather than another replacement because I have already had to pay plumbers/fitters to install these products, and I am not prepared to keep paying installation costs every time the same products fail.

Bathroom Mountain’s response is that the products are “water-resistant rather than waterproof” and that humidity, condensation and moisture in the bathroom are responsible. They say the installation does not comply with their guidance because the products are exposed to moisture.

There are some major problems with this explanation.

Firstly, the vanity is not next to the bath or shower. It is installed on the opposite wall, several feet away from the bath, with the shower head at the far end of the bath. It is not subject to direct shower spray. There is also a window immediately nearby which is regularly left open for ventilation.

Secondly, the vanity is literally designed to have a sink and water-filled basin installed directly on top of it. I find it very difficult to understand how a bathroom vanity can be considered unsuitable because there is a shower elsewhere in the bathroom, while simultaneously being designed for a basin and plumbing to be installed directly above it.

The toilet housing is actually the item positioned immediately next to the bath, yet this was repeatedly overlooked in their earlier responses until I specifically raised it several times. Bathroom Mountain have now included it in their latest refusal and applied the same moisture argument to it.

What I find particularly frustrating is that Bathroom Mountain previously sent me a replacement vanity after reviewing photographs and information about the installation. At that point I was not told that the location invalidated the warranty. Now that the replacement has failed in the same way, they have changed their position and say the installation environment is responsible.

Even more bizarrely, despite telling me that the installation environment is unsuitable and is causing the products to deteriorate, they continue to offer me a discounted replacement of the same product to install in exactly the same location.

Why would I pay again for another identical cabinet, plus another plumber/fitter to install it, when their own argument is that the environment will cause it to deteriorate again?

I have completely lost confidence in these products. I would not purchase them again and would strongly recommend that potential customers consider the risk of repeated failures and the associated installation costs before buying.

Very disappointing products and, in my experience, an equally disappointing resolution when things went wrong.

Arrived well packed. It’s as described and looks good the light on the mirror is useful. My only criticism is that the shelf spacing isn’t that brilliant. The door has to be removed to change shelf position for taller items.
