READ THE RETURNS POLICY BEFORE ORDERING – ESPECIALLY LARGE ITEMS

Do not use Bathroom Mountain for large items unless you are fully prepared to arrange and pay for your own return courier.

This is something I wish I had been more aware of before placing my order. Their returns policy means that if you need to return a large item, such as a shower door, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the courier yourself. In my case, the return cost is almost half the price of the door.

My bathroom project has also been plagued with issues. Today, I opened another box to discover that items were missing, which has now brought the project to a complete standstill. Items that were supposed to be fitted today cannot be installed, meaning I now have to purchase replacements locally at additional cost simply to keep the project moving.

To make matters worse, the returns portal isn’t even showing my orders, so I cannot properly start the return process I have been instructed to follow.

I appreciate that issues can sometimes occur with large orders, but what matters is how they are dealt with. So far, I have experienced missing items, additional expense, delays and a returns process that isn’t functioning properly.

The result is a bathroom project that has been seriously disrupted, with me left to deal with the additional costs and inconvenience.

My advice would be to read the returns policy very carefully before ordering, particularly if you are buying large or bulky items. Personally, I would now choose a local, reputable bathroom company that provides a proper and straightforward returns service.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Bathroom Mountain and will certainly not be using them again.

I had purchased another Radiator from another Company the Carriers could care less about the Box it came in you think a Bear had Mauled the Box and when my Carer opened the Box up their were Rust Marks on the Top Corner and the Bottom Corner it was a a Lot Different with this Carrier the Box was Fine and so was the Radiator we are having a New Kitchen put in at the Moment and the Radiator gives off a Lot off Heat and it will be ideal when Sitting having my Breakfast on a Cold Winters Morning Morning

After a recommandation from a plumber, we used Bathroom Mountain for supply of new radiators in an extension. So pleased with the prices, quality and service that we have now replaced most radiators in the house. So easy to select from the very usable website and the prices are great. I recommend you use Bathroom Mountain, you will not be disappoihted.

I complained about a product to get a grievance off my chest, not really expecting much to come of it, but Minahil replied promptly, asked some sensible follow-up questions to establish that I hadn't caused the damage to the product myself, and let me know that a replacement was on its way, all pretty quickly. As a result, instead of vowing never to use Bathroom Mountain again I would know it to provide good customer service and would have no hesitation in using it (as long as the replacement product is an improvement on the original, of course!)

Mistakes happen and Bathroom Mountain customer experience were excellent in resolving the issue we had of not receiving all of the shower parts in our initial delivery. I spoke to Ceri during my initial phone call to report the issue, who documented the incident, which was later passed to Kelsey who actioned the new delivery. The team resolved the issue professionally and promptly!
