Avoid! Especially tradesmen
I would really recommend giving this company a wide berth, especially if your a tradesman. My husbands customer was looking for a new bathroom vanity but was on a tight budget so my husband ordered from bathrooms4less for the first time and it will definitely be the last. Half the order was missing when it arrived and it has been an absoloute nightmare getting the rest of the order. Order was scheduled for yesterday and seminally the courier company attempted delivery but their story changed quickly when I told them I have ring doorbell footage. Still waiting to be told when delivery will be made. My husband has now lost out on 2 days wages as this job has now been booked in twice! No offer of compensation from bathrooms4less. They have some great deals so if this order had actually went well my husband wouldn't of hesitated to use them again.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating this situation has been for you and your husband. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
We’d like to clarify that the missing items were dispatched in separate shipments, and there appears to have been a delay from the courier’s side in completing the second delivery. We have already followed up with them to ensure the remaining items are delivered as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, including the impact on your husband’s work schedule. While courier issues are unfortunately outside our direct control, we do take full responsibility for resolving such matters promptly and keeping our customers updated.
Please reach out to our customer service team with your order details, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve this to your satisfaction. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and we’ll be reviewing this internally to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Misleading and overpriced product
I’m really disappointed with this purchase. The product description is misleading, as it doesn’t include taps or waste pipes, which are essential parts and should have been clearly mentioned.
What’s even more frustrating is the price difference — on the company’s own website the same product costs £170 including delivery, but I paid £224.19 through Amazon. That’s ridiculous, especially since the delivery is done by the same company, not Amazon.
I expected honesty and transparency, but unfortunately, this experience felt deceptive and overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them unless they make their listings clearer and fairer.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your disappointment.
We’d like to clarify that the product description does specify that taps and waste pipes are not included, as these parts can vary based on installation preferences. However, we’ll review the listing again to ensure this information is made even clearer to avoid any confusion in the future.
Regarding the price difference, prices may vary across sales channels because of different platform fees, delivery structures, and promotional offers. However, we take your comment seriously and will review our pricing to make sure it remains fair and transparent.
We never intend to mislead our customers, and we truly value your feedback — it helps us improve both our listings and service. If there’s anything we can do to make this right for you, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team directly.
hidden crack
The sink had a hidden crack covered with rubber, so I couldn’t see the damage until it leaked after installation. I had to pay double for the labour to fix it, and there was no compensation for my extra costs. The seller sent a replacement but called it goodwill, even though it’s normal to replace faulty items. I would not recommend them and don’t wish anyone to go through this experience.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. We always aim to provide quality products, and it’s unfortunate that the sink had a hidden defect that wasn’t visible during dispatch.
As soon as the issue was reported, we sent you a replacement right away to resolve the matter, and we’re glad you received it. We truly regret that this situation caused you additional inconvenience and extra labor costs.
We’ll review this internally with our supplier to ensure such issues don’t happen again. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it — it helps us improve both our product checks and customer experience.

Don't always go with the cheapest!
Terrible experience dealing with bathroom4less. Bad communication and customer service. I haven't received my items yet after7 full working days after order. I was told today that the courier tried to deliver but I wasn't in. They sent me a picture of someone else's house that they had tried to deliver to. They were adamant that delivery had failed because of me and it took hours of calls and emails to inform them about the facts. I am still awaiting my urgent call back 4 hours later 🙄
