great service from these people after a shocking experience with Wickes only just fitting the items after 3 months waiting for plumber but everything seems in order thanks

Avoid. I ordered a mirror £118.00 delivery 3 to 5 working days. Order placed on the 21st by 25th no confirmation of dispatch so contacted to say I was going away early 30th then I received an arrival date for 29th. (They claim 5 working days ,not in my calculation) The package arrived with no time to give close inspection, no obvious damage to any packaging. On the day of my return home I closely inspect removing the good surround protection to find a small in my opinion there pre packing. They just say I didn't let them know with 48hrs although they where fully aware this was impossible.

I ordered a set of taps and a shower head and hand shower set. When they arrived I was really pleased with the quality of the taps and shower head but was confused with the quality of the hamd shower as it was plastic. I contacted bath lab and told them my concerns and they went above and beyond to source me something that matched quality. It did cost me more which was a bit dissapointing as I assumed everything I ordered would be the same, but the guys were really helpful so I can't complain. My leaving comment would be bathlab, list what items are made of so no one else makes the same mistake

The service at this company is excellent. Unlike many bathroom supply companies, this one actually has items in stock ready for immediate dispatch. Many thanks to Greg for his courteous advice over the phone to that effect. I placed an order here after having disappointing experiences with two other companies that advertised items were available and were happy to take my money before then emailing a few days later saying items were not in stock and would be delayed for 4-6 weeks. My sink was delivered promptly, in great condition, and with enough protective packaging to probably survive an apocalypse! Would definitely use again.

Great service when ringing customer service. Delivery partner was also superb, as they delivered my heavy bathroom fixtures up to my second floor flat.

Unable to supply ordered item so sent me a recommended alternative. After fitting the item we realised that they had recommended an incompatible item. The original order was low pressure and the recommended alternative was high pressure. BathLab would not accept responsibility or offer a refund. Poor service.
