I actually bought my radiator from BathLab 18 months ago, but this review is prompted by the incredible customer service I received from Greg when some flaws appeared on Friday. I must've emailed close to 5pm, yet by midday on Monday, he'd arranged for the manufacturer to send me a replacement. fast delivery, great service

Ordered a bathroom mirror on Tuesday morning, arrived Wednesday at 08:30. Because the mirror was supplied with wall plugs and hooks, it was fitted in under an hour. The mirror is good quality, at a competitive price.. Excellent all round service

I ordered a specific bath, which would have been perfect for our new bathroom. Three days later we were contacted to say the bath chosen was no longer in stock and offered us a smaller bath or a refund. I chose the refund and was informed it would be processed and returned 3-5 working days later (02 Jan). On 09 Jan I contacted company to say still had not received refund and on 10 Jan I then received notification that they had cancelled the order and issued a refund which would take 3-5 days to clear.
In fairness, my communications were answered promptly, I was just disappointed that it took so long to get my money back, so I could order a replacement bath.

They were the best price online for the mirror we purchased. Happy with item and no issues.

Bought a mirror which was delivered with a chipped edge. I contacted them and they sent a replacement the next day, no fuss and no quibble. Really appreciate their excellent service.
