The finished bathroom is lovely and to a very high standard of workmanship.
Mike the fitter was exceptional in his work as well as being professional and informative. I would recommend the company for their excellent service on a day to day basis and recommend Mike very highly. He is a true ambassador for the Company.

He was professional start to finish explained everything asked my input where I would prefer the hand rails where they would be more used to you .

After 3 weeks I still do not have a working shower and difficulty moving around my home. I am advised that the plumber will not attend for a further 7 days. So unprofessional it takes my breath away! It says alot that the company only seems to respond to positive reviews.

Another excellent job from EA Mobility.
Having seen their work previously, I was happy to employ EA Mobility to install a wet room for my father. They were friendly and professional throughout, from initial site visit, to the final fitting of the grab rails.
Credit to Robert for amazing patience in sorting our tricky job and to Adam for incredibly neat and tidy fitting.
I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent and friendly service from the initial surveys by Henry Gourley and Matt Robertson to the contract administrator Anita Kaur and the top notch workmanship of Joe Mcguillan who put the plans into reality in just four days. My dad who is ninety, and who the conversion was all for, is absolutely delighted. Highly recommend.

I’m very pleased with this company, I highly recommend using them; they kept me informed, the work was done to a high standard and they didn’t back down from a challenge but sorted it out and kept the cost down.

Bathing Solutions were very professional from start to finish all told it took 1 week from the initial visit to the conclusion of the shower installation. I was very pleased with the work carried out by Stewart and Lee they kept me informed every step of the way and also worked cleanly making sure everything was tidy each night.

Our things are very, very, very high standard. I should’ve paid extra.

The customer service team here are abysmal. Absolutely no interest in assisting with a simple query that I'm really struck with if I can't get a response. I'd hate to think there's any elderly people out there trying and failing to get any help like this so be very cautious with regards to using this company. Please don't respond and suddenly offer to help and look into the matter as you've made it clear you're not interested in assisting once someone has one of your full mobility bathrooms. Quick note to say the technical department were much for accommodating thank goodness. But customer services need some training!
Addition following response from company: I never once wanted to use the warranty and request you to do anything other than answer a simple question about your product which is in my house. I was completely ignored and you didn't even have the decently to respond when I were politely explained I really needed to just ascertain a simple fact to enable me to seek help elsewhere. Try and explain away your shocking behaviour all you want but the 1 star is very deserved.

Pleasant fitter (Michael Bridges) he talked through each stage, Prompt each day, came back within a few days to change a few things. Everything went very well.
Daily contact from office (Alan Smith) which was good just to check all was going well.

Kev( our fitter) was superb from start to finish.He went over and above to make sure that we were happy with everything. He became part of the family during the time he spent with us and we were all very fond of him.His work was professional, his time keeping spot on and we were thrilled to bits with our new bathroom, which is completely safe for my elderly mother. He went out of his way to accommodate us and left the house spotless afterwards. Beth also phoned us every day and kept us in touch every step of the way,ensuring we were happy with everything. Thankyou so much x

We are totally pleased with the work carried out. The planning was meticulous and HQ phoned every day to check on progress.
Joe our installer was a hive of activity, he also kept us up to date.
When he left there was no mess, he also covered our floors where he was working.
All in all, two very pleased customers.

I was pleased with the short time taken between contacting the firm and the job being done, in all less than a month. Matt ,the fitter, worked extremely hard and did a very good job, everything was left clean and tidy and he did all he could to make the experience as painless as possible, especially leaving me the use of the upstairs toilet as long as possible! The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because, through no fault of anyone, a problem arose on day 2 which meant it was almost a completely wasted day, it was left to Matt to tell me about it, I would have expected a call from Eve In the office and /or Paul, the project manager as a matter of courtesy but heard nothing. Other than that I was very happy with the experience.

We had a fantastic experience working with Bathing Solutions. The customer experience was excellent all the way through, from the planning, design and survey stage with Stuart and Laurance, to the installation itself. Any questions or queries we had were answered promptly and in detail. In addition, the Customer Service Department kept in touch each day to make sure we were happy with everything and also to arrange the rubbish collection at the end of the installation.

The installation itself went fantastically. Our installer, Vasile, was brilliant and did an absolutely incredible job completely overhauling our bathroom in such a short space of time (only 3 days!) and to an impeccable standard. The final result is absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be more thrilled to finally have the bathroom we've always wanted.

The materials supplied were of a high quality and were delivered as specified. The employees of Mobility+ we dealt with: designer, project manager and liaison officer(Eve Garwood) were all very helpful.
The bathroom fitters (father and son)arrived punctually each day at 8am and worked steadily through to 4pm. As a result the work was completed well ahead of schedule. The standard of workmanship was excellent and they were thorough in cleaning up after themselves.
