It's a shame these lads can't be given more stars. They work hard and have produced a amazing atmosphere around them. Customer service is through the roof. They helped me in such a good way that I felt like I mattered to them. You don't get that often. I've only delt with them on ebay so far but I can assure you I'll be using them again. Trust me and fear not with these guys. You ARE in good hands.

Outstanding service and a very positive experience - My item arrived quickly and well packaged. There did happen to be an issue with the item I had purchased (unknown by seller at the time) when I contacted to notify them BCP was extremely fast in responding and resolving the issue for me. Issues do sometimes occur when buying used items but it's how the company deals with that issue that speaks volumes about how they conduct business and in this case, I'm thoroughly impressed. Thank you!

I was a little unsure what to expect having never used a pawn broker before but I immediately felt at ease and had no hesitation with asking the many questions I had.
