Extremely late delivery
The birthday I was sending this for was on SUnday the 10th. GIven you were closed the least I would expect that you would at least deliver on the 11th! Instead you are 2 days late!! I can't understand that and am very disappointed.

Gift box arrived three days after the selected date and was sent without the note which left the recipient confused as to who it was from. All around disappointing.

A fantastic company to deal with
A fantastic company to deal with. We live in Australia and brought a gift basket for my mum in law in NZ and they made it so easy. She absolutely loved every bit of it, and going by the photos it was worth every penny. Thank you for making her happy, we will definitely be using you again.
