Six items that were paid for were missing, including one more expensive item. Batenburgs blamed the courier company but it didn't look like the original box had been tampered with. I also thought if it was a courier error, then Batenburgs would have advised me of the courier response, but nothing. They did correct the mistake when I advised them that half the package was missing, but if I hadn't asked to see the box that was delivered, then I would never have known anything was amiss.

I left my valentines gift late. The employee working on Feb 13th happily went out of his way after his shift that day to drop the gift package at my house nearby as I was unable to pick it up due to work. This was much appreciated.

Very good service and swift shipment of goods. Only negative was that the cute savoury cheese bites were substituted for shortbread bites - the recipient oves cheese but doesn't do sweets... Otherwise, very happy with the gift box of goodies!

You didn't deliver the gift and you didn't even reply to my email acknowledging our order, so I rang this morning and cancelled my order as . Won't be using your service again. Not reliable.

It was easy to place an order from overseas. My brother loved the box of goodies. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5, is that there was no option to pick a delivery date. I emailed my concern about delivery being too early. I received a reply and advised of new delivery date.

From the UK we find it so easy .I send 2 a year and don't even check other companies anymore ....waste of time bats are always a better option
