Good site. Recently made a purchase for a very fussy youngster. Was able to contact to company by email and even phone for advice. Staff member very friendly. Talked me through everything. Needlessly to say youngster very happy with product. So happy with all round service. Will definitely be purchasing for my self again shortly for new season.

Don't hesitate to use these they was great with me. Ordered a size 6 crazy light boots which said in stock at the time but it turn out that they wasn't but they phoned me straight away and kept me updated every day. I have friends that use them because of me and they say the same, brilliant!!! And far priced to!

This is the only place in the UK where I find the shoes I like, in my size. They have a decent stock and they deliver fast. Also, prices are very competitive. Good quality and cheaper than most of the other places as well.
Nevertheless, I would recommend to let people select their preferences in delivery. Because they send by Signed Royal Mail, which is good, but I always miss it, so I have to go and pick up my shoes anytime. I would rather prefer to get my stuff in my 'safe place'.

Staff have been amazing, my delivery took longer than expected. Paid for next day delivery and my package came 4 days later! Mistake due to Royal Mail. I was given 10pound to spend online.
