Incredible service and quality of goods
The person I was in contact couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. I made a lot of last minute changes and they accommodated them all without a fuss. Everything was delivered on time and I was overwhelmed by the quality of products that I received. I will definitely be ordering more kits from them and would recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant company to do business with
Ordered a complete custom made basketball kit. From start to finish the representative from the company was brilliant. Making any changes i requested for the kit design until i was 100% satisfied. Email replies were very quick and after payment was made for the kit, it arrived on the date promissed.

Custom Shooting Tops
Excellent product and service. Basketball Direct were very easy to deal with and had great communication regarding the order. The price was very reasonable (cheapest quoted) for an all-over printed top with individual player name and number. The product is fantastic quality. Highly recommended.

Hi David, Thanks for the comment. Apologies that you shoes took over a week to arrive. As we had advised via e-mail you did not select a fully tracked service and items travelling on our standard global shipping option can take up to 10 working days to arrive. We do also offer a fully tracked FedEx express service.

Great experience with Basketball Direct, would recommend!
Ordered a set of jerseys for a lacrosse team, the whole experience with Basketball Direct was extremely positive. When there was a slight issue with the courier delivery, they made every effort to make sure we got our kit on time. Would definitely use again and recommend to other teams.

Ordered some basketball shoes, which to begin with were a fabulous price. Ordering was straight forward and shoes arrived a couple of days later. Many companies can learn a lot about service from Basketball Direct :)

Ordered an NBA Jersey for my son and it arrived the very next day. It was too large so returned it and ordered replacement which also arrived the following day and i used the standard free postage.
Money was refunded to my card 2 days later. Fantastic service, good prices and I will be back to use again!
