I received my sign about 3 weeks ago. The sign material and brackets was okay, my only dissatisfaction was with the quality of the printed image on the sign. Compared to the image I supplied, the finish print was a lot darker. I have emailed BarsignsUK to see if this can be resolved one way or another but having emailed twice with no reply I decided to call them. but sadly there was no reply there either. Unfortunately I will have to see if I can get the sign made again elsewhere.

Product was great, customer service awful, on offering constructive criticism I was told to learn to read!

The bar sign I ordered had a very special photograph on. It was replicated perfectly and the quality of the sign is brilliant. Also it was so easy to order and didn't take too long. Would definitely recommend the company.

Great sign, but communication could be a lot better

Sign turned up and the holes in the sign were not level and the bracket was bent so the sign actually hung at a very noticeable angle. Emailed using email which they had already responded to so no lost messages. Had no response then asked again. Their reply was they could send a new bracket or refund £4 so I could buy a new bracket (completely ignored the out of line holes in sign) I asked for the £4 refund nearly 2 weeks ago and still nothing.
Looking at reviews it appears if everything arrives OK then all is fine. However if there are any issues their customer care policy is apparently "we have your money so just ignore they will go away"

Avoid unless you are prepared to risk having to deal with any problems

The massive change you talk about I presume is when I asked to change the type of glass on the sign.
As for the sign been fine apart from the bracket I'm not sure how you worked that out as when YOU REPLIED you completely ignored that issue.
I did not want anything for free all I asked is for something that is fit for purpose.
Really your solution to sending a damaged item is to tell the customer to "just bend it". As for actually doing that the bracket is out of line because the manufacturer has welded the connection points in the wrong place so it will not bend without damaging the bracket. So not your fault but well done on your customer care.

It may help if you learn the English language, I said "change the type of glass ON the sign" not what it was made of.
You have also incorrectly stated that when the order was placed I had changed the design. I attached the picture you emailed me to confirm this was correct. You really need to check facts before you start randomly making "facts" up.
As for replying I did USING THE EMAIL THAT WE HAD BEEN CORRESPONDING ON. If you choose not to read or reply that is your issue.
This is the first time you have mentioned the actual sign in any communication, not sure how you disagree with the holes being uneven as you have not seen the sign. I offered to send a photo but again ignored as then it would require rectifying. Like I said previously you chose to just ignore that issue. Again showing your true colours choosing not to say if your instruction to customers is to just bend the bracket.
You are very good at only replying to the bits you hand pick and ignoring anything that you may struggle answering.
Most company's reply by trying to sort out any issues on here, looking at previous poor reviews it seems your response is to call everyone liars and it's nothing to do with you.

Top tip to anyone thinking of getting a bar sign, go to Two Fat Blokes bar signs, a bit more expressive but professional
