Do not recommend this company. I bought a dress for an event. When purchased their advertised “free express delivery”, which it was the main reason I ordered : speedy delivery, but still took over two weeks to arrive - which was past my event date. When I first got the confirmation email it said “premium delivery”, but other emails said “standard”. I contacted the company asking for either get a speedy delivery or cancel my order and they said that they couldn’t do it at that stage, but to wait to receive the parcel and then get a refund. When I did so they refused to do a refund and only offered exchanges. The clothes come from China and they are not good quality. They expect you to cover costs of return to China.

Australian sizes, worked as a sales site should..no hidden buttons..easy to remove an item from the kart..

Be aware of shipping protection, they add it on after checkout. When you contact them for a refund they just keep giving scripted responses. First time experience with Coco and never again, customer service terrible

Scam company they are not Australian but from china. Long delay on receiving goods and they are Faulty goods and they do not honour their return policy

Delivery was fast and the product looked exactly like the pictures quality is really good. Customer support was also helpful and quick to respond. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is that the sizing was slightly off compared to the chart. Still a great experience overall, just double-check measurements before ordering.
