During my time of owning a flat managed by Barosa, I was really happy with the level of service they provided. The flat communial area and grounds were well looked after.
When I went to sell my property I was so impressed with how quickly they responded to all the queries, and how organised they were with all the documents required.
The staff are always approachable, helpful and prompt when responding to emails.
I rate them highly

Super responsive property management company
I've lived in Geneva Court for over 10 years. Barosa is by far the best property management company we have had in that time. They are super responsive, polite and efficient. They have ensured that the building meets all of the relevant safety standards and they carried out a comprehensive maintenance review. I have also been impressed at the way repairs have been managed economically. Our old lift was bespoke and maintenance was always expensive. Barosa arranged replacement of the lift with generic components so that it is much cheaper to maintain. I highly recommend Barosa - excellent service.
