I am very satisfied with my facelift and upper eyelid surgery. It has been almost six months since the procedure, and the results are truly beautiful. My face looks much younger and fresher. I finally got rid of my biggest complex — the heavily sagging skin on my upper eyelids. The lower part of my face is also beautifully lifted, giving me a natural and rejuvenated appearance.
I highly recommend Dr. Baris Altayli. He is a wonderful doctor, very professional, talented, and caring. I am extremely happy with my results and very grateful for his amazing work.

In April 2026, I went to Dr. Baris Altayli for my first rhinoplasty, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Everything was perfectly planned and organized beforehand. Ahmed helped me so much throughout the entire process — he answered all of my questions, was always available when I needed him, and was incredibly kind and patient. He explained everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured.

The surgery went very well. The doctor was very kind and took the time to explain everything before the operation. The nurses at the hospital were also very caring and friendly, especially Rosa — she was so sweet and supportive.

The hotel was fine, and all transportation was arranged exactly as discussed. We were picked up from the airport, transported between the hotel and hospital, and brought back to the airport afterwards without any issues.

Overall, I am very happy that I chose this clinic, especially since it was my first time traveling to Istanbul for surgery. I felt well taken care of during the entire experience and would definitely recommend them.

Ich bin 49 Jahre alt und mit meinem Facelift sehr zufrieden. Das Ergebnis sieht sehr schön, frisch und natürlich aus. Besonders beeindruckt bin ich davon, wie fein gearbeitet wurde – die Narben sind wirklich klitzeklein und sehr unauffällig hinter dem Ohr platziert.

Auch die Heilung verlief sehr gut. Bereits nach zwei Wochen hatte ich wieder ein normales Gefühl im Gesicht und habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt.

Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Judy, die mich während der ganzen Zeit immer wieder beruhigt hat und jederzeit ansprechbar war. Man war immer in gutem Kontakt mit ihr – auch noch lange nach der OP. Das hat mir sehr viel Sicherheit gegeben.

From my very first consultation to my post-op care, my experience with Dr Baris Altayli and his team has been amazing. I had rhinoplasty, a lip lift, fox eye surgery, and fat injections to the face, and I’m genuinely very happy with my results so far. Even while still healing, I can already see beautiful and natural-looking changes, and I was especially impressed by how everything was done with no visible scars.

The hospital was very clean and comfortable, and all of the staff were friendly, caring, and attentive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Rose, the nurse who looked after me after my surgery. She was incredibly kind and supportive, and she really helped make me feel at ease on my first post-op day. We were joking and laughing a lot, which honestly made such a difference during recovery.

I also want to thank Ahmet, Dr Baris Altayli’s assistant, who was very helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the whole process. He made communication easy and was always there to answer questions and help whenever needed.

I honestly wish I had known about Dr Baris Altayli before having previous body surgery elsewhere, as I wasn’t 100% happy with my past experience. After this, I can truly see the difference in care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Based on my experience and the results I’ve seen so far, I would definitely consider him for any future revision, as his work looks amazing.

Me and my sister traveled together to Istanbul for our surgeries: I had a rhinoplasty and my sister had a BBL procedure with Dr. Baris Altayli. Honestly, I don’t even know where to start because the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

We had been in contact with Ahmet, the patient coordinator, for several months before the surgeries. During all that time, he helped us with every piece of information we needed and answered all our questions. At one point, our airline suddenly canceled our flight and moved it one day earlier, and the clinic even offered to cover an extra night at the hotel so we could still enjoy and visit Istanbul before the procedures. That meant a lot to us.

Everything happened exactly the way Ahmet promised. We were picked up from the airport by a private car and taken to a beautiful hotel in a very nice area of Istanbul. We spent two days exploring the city, and on the surgery day, the same driver took us to the clinic.

Meeting Dr. Baris was a very pleasant experience. He explained everything clearly, made us feel comfortable, and most importantly, we genuinely liked and trusted him. I think that matters a lot when choosing a doctor. He delivered more than he promised, and both of us are extremely happy with our final results.

I am incredibly grateful because I finally have the straight, natural nose I always wanted. He understood exactly what I explained and made it happen perfectly.

We stayed two nights in the hospital. Even though I was originally supposed to stay only one night after rhinoplasty, they allowed me to stay as long as my sister stayed, which we really appreciated. The clinic was extremely clean, the room was very large and comfortable, and we were treated with so much care and attention.

The nurses did not speak much English, which is why Ahmet’s involvement throughout the entire process was honestly invaluable. He answered every question we had, even late at night. He picked up the phone at 2 AM when I was worried about my sister because the recovery after a BBL can be very painful and I was honestly scared and overwhelmed. He reassured us, helped us through everything, and never made us feel alone during the process. He was there when we woke up from anesthesia, bought us fruits and medications, and truly took care of us as if he had known us for years. He made the entire experience feel easy, safe, and pleasant, and I cannot express how grateful I am for everything he did for us.

The food at the clinic was also very good and adapted to our needs. My sister even received extra compression garments because she needed them, without any additional costs.

After leaving the clinic, we stayed again at the hotel with breakfast included. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

The only thing that surprised me in Istanbul in general was that very few people speak English. That’s another reason why Ahmet’s constant support meant so much to us throughout the entire experience.

Also, I will never forget nurse Rosa, such a kind and gentle soul.

Bilo je prelepo, osoblje je jako ljubazno, pogotovo Ahmet koji je sve vreme bio sa nama i pomagao nam da se snadjemo u toku našeg boravka.. Takodje sve pohvale za doktora koji je vrlo ljubazan i prijatan..

My wife underwent a Lipo 360 procedure and the outcome has been devastating. She suffered second-degree burns on her hips and buttocks, and her abdomen is now permanently damaged with visible scars and irregularities.
This was not a minor complication but a serious case of medical negligence.
A cosmetic surgery should never leave a patient disfigured and abandoned. We deeply regret trusting this doctor and strongly warn others to think twice before choosing him.

I underwent BBL and 360 liposuction in March 2025 with this surgeon. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely negative and has left me with lasting physical and emotional distress.
Following the surgery, I developed burn injuries on my hips and buttocks, which were later identified as second-degree burns. This outcome was shocking and deeply distressing for me as a patient!!!
In addition, the liposuction on my abdomen was not performed evenly, resulting in visible irregularities and an altered appearance that I am now struggling to live with. XXXX
During consultations, I found the surgeon to be very rushed, distant, and lacking empathy. I did not feel listened to or properly supported.
What concerned me the most is that after the surgery, communication and follow-up were extremely limited, leaving me feeling abandoned during a very vulnerable time.
I feel mutilated, abandoned, and deceived.
If you care even a little about your body, your health, or your safety, do not trust this doctor. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
