– Klinik trotz Fristsetzung keine Aussage zur Kostenübernahme
– Keine Meldung an Komplikationsversicherung
– Antworten bestanden überwiegend aus Textbausteinen, keine inhaltliche Auseinandersetzung

Meine Erfahrung: medizinische Komplikationen können passieren, aber der Umgang damit ist entscheidend. Hier war die Nachsorge und Kommunikation leider unzureichend.

Ergänzung:
Nach meiner ursprünglichen Bewertung erhielt ich zahlreiche private Nachrichten der Dr. Altan Tekin Klinik in Antalya. Da die Inhalte dieser Nachrichten für andere Patienten relevant sind, möchte ich die wichtigsten Punkte zusammenfassen:

– Die Klinik hat inzwischen selbst von einer „schwerwiegenden Infektion“ nach ihrer Operation gesprochen. Damit bestätigt sie, dass es sich um eine postoperative Komplikation handelte.

– Gleichzeitig verbreitet die Klinik öffentlich falsche Tatsachen über den behandelnden deutschen Arzt. Unter anderem wurde behauptet, die Patientin sei von einem völlig anderen Arzt behandelt worden. Das ist nachweislich falsch.

– Der behandelnde Arzt in Deutschland war Dr. Dr. Robert von Bialy, Facharzt für Mund‑, Kiefer‑ und Gesichtschirurgie (MKG). Die Klinik bezeichnet ihn jedoch wiederholt als „Zahnarzt“, obwohl ein MKG‑Chirurg ein doppelapprobierter Facharzt ist und genau für Komplikationen im Gesichtsbereich zuständig ist.

– Die Klinik hat angekündigt, gegen den deutschen Arzt Strafanzeige und berufsrechtliche Beschwerden einzureichen. Diese Schreiben enthalten zahlreiche sachliche Fehler und basieren auf falschen Annahmen über den tatsächlichen Behandlungsverlauf in Deutschland.

– Parallel dazu wurden auf dem Google‑Profil des deutschen Arztes falsche Bewertungen veröffentlicht, in denen erneut der falsche Arzt genannt und unzutreffende Vorwürfe erhoben wurden.

– Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen erhielt ich von der Klinik keine klare Aussage zur Kostenübernahme und keine Bestätigung, dass die Komplikation tatsächlich an die Versicherung gemeldet wurde.

Für mich bestätigt dieses Verhalten vor allem eines:
Der Umgang der Klinik mit Komplikationen und Kritik ist unprofessionell und wenig transparent.

Ich bleibe daher bei meiner Bewertung.

Düzenli olarak dolgu ve botoks işlemlerini Dr Altan Tekin de yaptırıyorum. Çok memnunum. Ayrıca anneme 1 yıl önce Derin plan yüz boyun germe ameliyatı yaptırdı. Annem de ameliyat sonucundan son derece memnun. Başarılarının devamını diliyorum :)

Although I ended up canceling my brachioplasty surgery due to health reasons, I have to say that Dr Tekin and his team took so much time to go through all of my medical records and consulting with my cardiologist as well as the cardiologist and anesthesiologist there. I was absolutely impressed with their level of thoroughness and attention to my heart issues and their concern for my health. I know a lot of places would have just taken my money and performed the surgery regardless, or had me fly to Turkey, pay for a bunch of tests then deny the surgery. But Dr Tekin was very upfront (and reasonable) about the costs and risks and ultimately decided that the surgery would not be optimal for me at this time. I appreciate his team's patience with the endless messages and inquiries and will most definitely go to him when my health improves and recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Altan Tekin and his team were absolutely amazing to consult with over whats app and all platforms. They were very thorough with details and descriptions as well as guiding and helping. The surgery was 5 stars, the after-care was 5 stars and the kindness and support they had shown was beautiful. I highly recommend coming to their practice for any surgery or cosmetic needs.

Absolutely loved the whole experience in coming to the Dr Altan Tekin Medical Clinic for my breast surgery.

Dr Altan was a very calming and reassuring person. Hazel his assistant was super friendly and attentive. Communication was easy as they both spoke very good English.
I didn't feel worried or insecure at any stage of this process from consultation right through to aftercare.

VIP transport was arranged for me and my driver was super friendly too, so no stress or worries there either.
This really was plain sailing for me.

I'm already planning my next surgery with them next year.

10/10 and well deserved.

I had the skin removed from my upper eyelids 10 days ago by Dr Altan. My eyes now look fantastic, I'm so happy with the results and will definitely get more plastic surgery done by Dr Altan. My surgery was done very gently and I felt no pain during or after the surgery. Dr Altan is very sweet,kind and professional, he made me feel very comfortable and at ease, I now feel like I've found my plastic surgeon and looking forward to getting a face lift and my lower eye lid surgery in a few months time. I would highly recommend Dr Altan, he was recommended to me by friend who had surgery by Dr Altan and she is going to get further surgery in June.

Communication was very good prior to visit and I felt very happy with Dr Altan Tekin consultation and his staff were professional and friendly. Happy with my results so far and have had my dressing checked and changed each day. I'm on day 3 post op and no issues at all.
