Listed 5 items in stock, had none. When I responded to their request for review they declined my 1 star review and seem to have blocked me on google. Poor experience trying to purchase and cherry picks reviews.

Items not in stock and took days to sort out. Don't respond to emails - best to call them. Wont order from them again.

I purchased a number of items two day ago, at their papanui store. When you make the purchase, their terminals hide the details from the customer, so you cant see what ghey are charging for each item. You just pay, then they ask you if you want a receipt. Fortunately for me, this time I said yes. On leaving the store I checked the receipt as total bill looked vey high. They had grossly overcharged two items, so I took them back and got a refund of the difference. All the usual excuses and platitudes came out. I asked why they hid their transactions on screens customers couldn’t see. No answer.
BEWARE these clowns. It took some considerable time and energy to demand a refund, and all they offered was to refund the difference and waste my time. Never shopping there again. If you do feel the urge to still shop there, knowing their propensity to try to rip customers off, make sure you get your receipt and check the price of every item.

Order some stuff from bargain chemist tbh lucky I called all else I’ll never get my order but anyways bought stuff on Thursday the 3 of April 2025 I’ve waited since today and to found this company didn’t place my order for the morning courier contacted earthquake city in New Zealand about what’s going on they said that Westgate needs to fulfill the order then I contacted Westgate they said Christchurch aka earthquake city was gonna fulfill the order and then both parties had no idea what’s going on and this is why im boycotting this company since no one had no idea what happened

I bought an electric toothbrush online and received an email that the order has been processed. I travelled 30 min to the pharmacy for a pick up and the pharmacist said that the order hadn't been processed and was confused why the email was sent. He said that there was none available at that pharmacy but he would order one for me. He said that an email will be sent to me once the order is ready for collection. I was happy with this suggestion. A week later, I received an email that the order has been cancelled. I emailed the Customer Service asking why the order was cancelled and checking that it's not being ordered by the pharmacist. No reply or contact from online or the Pharmacy in Archers Road. Just a waste of time and fuel. Will not use this pharmacy again.

Extremely poor customer service again and again .Just don't employ chemists who act like they hate your customers.people can go elsewhere and I will be .

Sent me the wrong product. Emailed their customer help, they said they would send out the correct product immediately, with a return shipping label. Followed up 3 times and not one response. Not pleased, im out $70 and all I hear are mouse farts. No, not pleased at all.

Thought delivery was quick ,efficient.

After walking into the Shirley store
today (23/01/2025) I was a bit hesitant as I seen 2 young girls with dark hair at counter not once looking over my way carrying with their own conversations so I made my way to the opti slims and then came across the retail supervisor ( with blonde hair )
who totally made my visit to the store the best experience I have ever had I wish I got her name. I was completely impressed with her customer service, she had all the good quality’s of a great supervisor .She had all the information I needed to start the
shakes and also shared her own personal experiences with them . Just wanted to say what a great asset you have for your store.

Great pricing along with your speedy dispatch service which is always excellent, getting your goods delivered quickly is what everyone will judge your company on.

Ordered 2 boxes of product and in doing so made a typo with my towns name. To stop confusion a quick email was made and received a quick reply it had been corrected. The absolutely astoundingly quick delivery to a small central North Island town was done in 24hrs with free postage. Thankyou Bargain Chemist. I will be back.

Pukekohe. My pharmacist never fails to go beyond the call. I can tell him what's wrong with utter confidence and he not only will suggest a treatment but explain what it does. 100% accurate. Will also let me know when I need to see the doctor. I receive phone calls before my repeat scripts are due so I never run out. He is a very important cog in my medical management.
