Good car and good overall service!

Good value car rental, neat and tidy car and very helpful staff.

Good price, great car, quick trip back to the airport. The pick up was very slow due to short staffing

Onus on me to check for dings on pickup, including taking own photos. What about those unable or unwilling to do so?
Issues upon return, when a pre-existing windscreen crack hadn’t been noted, as requested, at the time of pickup. By chance, my photos confirmed the crack, but it was an unnecessary and stressful experience, leaving me distressed and disappointed. Thank-you.

Would never hire a car from this branch ever again.
Close at 7pm but could not make contact with anyone at 6:40pm just got a message service so did not get to collect car to next day. The male at the counter was rude. Then discovered no drop box to return vehicle early in the morning. Ended up paying for 2 days that we did not have the car.

Great service with shuttle bus pick up and drop off.
Straight forward paperwork.
No issues because I had no problems with car.
Price seemed reasonable for my first rental. Polite staff.

The car was great and when renting it out - the experience was great as the person doing the paper-work was very patient and helpful.

The staff member who carried out the inspection was rude, dismissive, and unreasonable in the way they handled the return process. They claimed that the rubber door seal had been damaged during my rental and immediately stated that I was responsible, without providing any clear evidence or considering that this could have been pre-existing wear or a maintenance issue. I asked if there is evidence that it was intact when car was rented out - she kept referring to the images on contract to say that it is all in order

If in returns the expectation is that all doors rubber seals will be inspected then at time of renting out it should be called out and shown to renter.

I recently rented a Kia Carnival. The price was excellent. No need to shop around for the best price when renting a car, because Bargain are the best price.
The car itself was beautiful to drive, it most definitely exceeded my expectations.
The only thing I would recommend to Bargain, is to show, or perhaps have a leaflet explaining basic how to’s. Examples:
Starting the engine, I have a key for my ignition so the start button is foreign to me.
Explaining where and how to use the cruise control button.
Maybe address some of the sounds and their meanings. Sometimes I’d hear a beep and have no idea what it was.
I highly recommend Bargain and I would definitely use them for my next rental car.

Another great rental experience with Bargain. Nice, clean car. Great price. Some pre-existing damage on the car that was not recorded before pick-up was immediately recorded on request at the depot.

All the staff were very friendly, yet very professional. The process was easy and really really quick.

This place also opens 7 days a week where most other places close on weekends and/or not having flexible hours.

Other best part is the inexpensive rates they gave (already compared to most of the rental services in Perth, and not even close to Bargain)

Started out okay. Front desk tried to sell me insurance and asked if I had third party insurance. I advised I didn’t need insurance and they relented.
Car was cheap so got what I expected. Basic but clean.
The main reason for the one star is upon return I was advised I returned the car one day late so was being charged an extra day. I showed evidence of booking the correct days but front desk continued to state he was going to charge me the extra day, and would escalate to head office. This is surely not allowed??? I have my booking showing the dates booked and paid. This is unscrupulous behaviour so be careful with these types of behaviours at this place.
