Smooth pickup and return process. Good service from staff

it was good service

worst company ever, didn't help me with anything got my stuff stolen, car windows smashed and paid more than 3k for a simpler windows smashed for a delinquent. Someone broke the car window 5 days before the booking ended, stole my belongings, and yet they ( Bargains rental )wanted me to pay $5500 for what happened, which wasn't my fault. The police were called, a report was filed, and yet they still blame me and hold me responsible for what happened. I hardly don't recommend rent a car with them

Great customer service and a nice clean tidy new vehicle for a very good price.

Pick up was fast , friendly and helpful service , all except the premium additional insurance is on the high side .

So far so negative. Email request for change of drop off enquiry -unanswered after 24 hours. Phone contact= endless hold music -so far 2 hours of no contact. Unacceptable. I have a business to run.

Overall, a smooth and good experience.
Airport pickup and drop off was smooth and timely (clear process). The customer service was fine at both ends of the hire - clear explanations and communication of risks and obligations.
The car was as booked, in good condition and clean.

Easy to book. Best rates for hire. Pick-up and drop off was smooth (it helped alot that I'd completed the online check-in prior to pick-up).

Extremely reasonable and friendly staff. Pickup was quite fast as well. An area for improvement is to send an acknowledgement that the request for airport shuttle had been received and approx how long it will take the shuttle to arrive at pickup. After leaving a msg on voicemail i was not sure if someone had received it and coming to pick me.

We were pleasantly surprised to be given a 2026 Subaru Forester as our vehicle, as we had expected an older car. The friendly and detailed information and service from the lovely Kiwi girl in the office gave us a wonderful introduction to the company.

The hire itself went really well. The only thing we would recommend is having WhatsApp available as a contact method. With no phone coverage and only internet access, it was difficult for us to contact the company from the airport to arrange our transfer to the site. We tried getting help from some busy locals, but eventually just ended up waiting until the shuttle arrived for someone else.

That said, this certainly wouldn’t put us off hiring from you again, as everything else was perfect.
