non-refundable and hard to use credit vouchers
very frustrating experience, booked under the offer of 'free cancellation', only to find after our travel dates moved that this was for a credit voucher and not refund. made another booking to use the credit on our next trip, only to be told that you have to call and make the booking over the phone to use.

I was push into insurance costing $505-00.when I got to my son's home I rang Bargain Car Rentals and asked for to policy to be
cancelled because I had purchased insurance
to cover any excess. This was within 4to 5 hours of leaving your base in Brisbane, Even now I'm back home I think you should do the right thing and refund my credit card payment
