Bonjour,
J'avais commandé un kit cocktail Bardeluxe 12 pièces Or rose en décembre 2025. J'ai constaté que la tasse à mesurer avait un défaut. J'ai essayé à plusieurs reprises de faire un échange mais malheureusement, je n'ai toujours pas eu de retour satisfaisant suite à cette demande.
C'est dommage car j'avais déjà commandé un autre kit en début d'année 2025 mais là je ne suis pas satisfait du service après-vente!

Der Versand war ziemlich schnell und reibungslos, allerdings kam der Shaker total zerkratzt an und die schwarze Farbe ist oben am Rand ab.

Schnelle Lieferung, sehr gute Qualität.
Da es ein Geschenk ist, kann ich es nicht weiter beurteilen. Der Beschenkte war total begeistert davon.
Sehr guter Kundenservice, der sich um Probleme auch wirklich kümmert und keine automatisierte Antwort schickt.
