Terrible company and terrible people. They chased me when I had an item in basket and continued to remind to purchase the item.
They changed their payment method from sterling to Indian currency whilst paying so I wasn’t sure what I was paying for delivery.
However, once payment went through they stopped all correspondence and did not even confirm the order although they took the payment.
I had confirmation of payment initially when the order was placed but Bareeki did not bother to confirm receiving the order. I would have used their site to purchase more items but they were greedy and unprofessional and took my money and did not deliver the order.
They wanted me to send them my personal details again via email which I already added on the purchase order. This seemed like a red flag.
I have asked my bank to reimburse me for this scam purchase.
Please do not purchase from this company or do if you want to lose your hard earned money.

worst experience of all time. You think because the founder is a famous person it would be reliable, but they are the biggest scammers of all time. you will not receive a package and if you contact them via instagram you will not receive a response. the email on the website doesn't even exist so you can't even contact them properly. they only want to take money from people but deliver nothing. I have been asking for my money every week for a month now, but I am just left open. terrible people.

Very disappointed. I made my order two weeks ago and paid almost 13 euros for standard delivery. I have not received any updates about my order. I tried contacting the company via various channels and i have not received a response. The only response that i've received that my order was shipped and will be delivered by the end of the week. When i asked for a track and trace link they left me on seen on Instagram and the week has passed and i have not received anything! Did not receive the package nor the link to track my order. When i asked via which courier they're sending my order they also did not respond. I do not recommend at all! Very disappointed because i was looking forward to receive my order and i cannot even ask for a refund because i have not received the order and they do not even respond.
Update: they responded and told me that they cannot provide me with a tracking link ...

Las piezas tienen algunos hilos sueltos, eso habla de la calidad de la prenda. Esperaba que llegara en una caja y llegó en una bolsa. El pedido estaba bien, el chiffon es hermoso pero no volvería a comprar. Hay mejores opciones.

Lieferung schnell & unkompliziert, Auswahl eingeschränkt aber absolut genug und zufriedenstellend. ABER die Chiffon Kopftücher sind KOMPLETT durchsichtig. Ich habe ein Beiges und ein Braunes bestellt. Sogar auf zwei Lagen sind sie durchsichtig & das für dieses Geld. Komplett enttäuscht.

Bestellung Online aufgegeben, vorzeitig bezahlt und Ware erhalten. Bis dahin alles soweit in Ordnung.
Leider wieß die Ware nachweislich einen Mangel auf. Zu meinem Ärger die gesamte Bestellung. Die Druckknöpfe an den Hijabs waren mangelhaft. Der Mangel wurde per E-Mail angezeigt, samt Fotos als Beweis. Weil auf die erste E-Mail nicht reagiert wurde, folgte eine zweite. Auf die wurde dann wie folgt geantwortet: ich solle die Ware auf eigene Kosten zurück versenden. Daraufhin antwortete ich: das ich die Kosten für den Rückversand nicht übernehmen werde, da er nachweislich aufgrund eines Mangels erfolgt. Bis heute warte ich auf den Rücksendeschein als auch auf die Erstattung des Kaufbetrages. Ich habe keine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Sehr schade.

Die neuen premium jersey hijab‘s sind so angenehm zu tragen. Die Länge ist perfekt,
der Stoff hat eine super Qualität.
Freue mich auf die noch kommenden Farben❤️

Ich liebe die Hijabs von Baraa Innocence!! Trage seit 15 Jahren Kopftuch und endlich habe ich ein Hijab gefunden welches super bequem und leicht zu tragen ist. Zudem ist die Länge perfekt! 🥰 Der Service ist super und der Versand war super schnell. Ich werde definitiv nur noch bei Baraa Innocence bestellen.❤️ Bin einfach nur verlieebt 🙂‍↔️

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my delivery. After first week Baraat said my order will arrive this week guarantee. After this she was ignoring my messages and comments on instagram and I contacted through the website and no one contacted me to explain what was happening or find a solution. This was stressful experience to order to a company that you can’t contact. I finally received after 3 weeks waiting and the product are beautiful.

I also didnt get any tracking number, I asked about it couple of Times but didnt get it ! I got my package finally. I prefered previous premium jersey collection. This fabric is nice and feels premium but it is too heave for me. Work on this tracking number issue. Customer should get it without asking

I hope that will find my experience details constructive. Unfortunately it is not positive. I payed 12e for shipment (which is very high for standard delivery), it’s been more than 2 weeks and I have not received my package ( i live in Spain). There is no communication, no tracking number. I attempted to call the customer service number, no one is picking the phone. The experience is painful to be honest as you are left with no details (the website is not helpful either) as soon as you pay. I still hope I will receive the parcel and that the hijab will be good quality.

My khimars are absolutely beautiful!! So breathable, appealing and modest all at the same time!! I had to order two more sets after seeing what they looked like in person. Baraa is also an angel to deal with, highly recommend!

Auf meine Bewertung hin wurde mit geantwortet das, das was ich geschildert habe Falsch sei.
Und das war hier leider sehr oft der Fall.
Auf meine Kritik des komischen Geruchs wurde garnicht eingegangen.
Auf die Tatsache der falschen Angabe der Adresse auf der Website aber schon.
Bei Fehler eines Verkäufers muss dieser in Haftung treten. Nicht der Käufer.
Naja, habe nichts anderes erwartet.

ich bin von der Qualität und der Farben sehr begeistert
Ich habe mein Abaya/ Hijab Set im Schonwaschgang gewaschen und nur aufgehängt es war faltenfrei - also kein Bügeln notwendig :-)
Der Bestellvorgang und die Lieferung haben einwandfrei funktioniert.

Ich hatte meine Bestellung innerhalb 2 Werktage bereits erhalten.

Noch ein großer PLUS Punkt - dass man auf konstruktive Kritik sehr gut eingegangen ist - dieses Feedback auch umgesetzt hat UND mir auch noch Bescheid gegeben und bei mir Bedankt - also so etwas habe ich persönlich nie erlebt <3

Der Hals ist sichtbar und deshalb kann ich mich nicht wohlfühlen. Und hinten wäre es besser gewesen, wenn der Bezug etwas breiter wäre.
