Great glasses great company
Had a pair of glasses a while back that I love, managed to stand on them and totally squashed them flat, banton have made them as good as new.

Great Glasses - fast and inexpensive repair!
I had my g-burg frames for a while now. I am wearing them almost every day for the last two years. Recently, the branches got a bit loose. I was in touch with Jamie for the repair. It took only a few days, was quite cheap (45 pounds) and my glasses now look brand new. The quality of these glasses is exceptional and with a repair service like this, they last for years.

Two years of daily wear is exactly what we design our frames for, so it’s great to hear they’ve been holding up well for you. And I’m glad we could get those rivets tightened and the frames freshened up quickly.
That “like new again” feeling after a repair is something Lucy and I really care about. These things should last, and a simple fix should keep them going for many more years.

I recently got a pair of glasses from Banton Frameworks and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. The quality speaks for itself the moment you pick them up — the kind you can tell are built to last and with great care.

What are you waiting for?
Jamie and Lucy are amazing, I stumbled across them when I was researching for quality glasses not mass produced and wanted something that was going to last me years and years. A bit more research later and I find out they are round the corner from me and make everything in house in Scotland… SOLD. I’ve got a pair of optical and sunglasses prescription, and both are generally insane, I love watching their work and stories on instagram and when reaching out for help they respond straight away and offer some amazing advice. I upgraded on all my lenses (upgraded because I’m comfortable with the essilor lenses and change is scary…) but from what I’ve seen the complimentary lenses are superb and I like the look of the coatings on those lenses. I would like to mention that I have both the linea and Mòr series and neither are heavy and hurt to wear all day long. I’m seriously contemplating finding another reason to get another pair.. :)

I approached Banton Frameworks with…
I approached Banton Frameworks with some trepidation initially as I had previously used walk in opticians to purchase new glasses. I was guided and helped all of the way to submitting my details and purchasing my glasses. The website is very informative and the virtual ‘try on glasses’ and see how they look on you is great.
I have to say I have not been disappointed in any way with the impeccable service and attention to detail. The glasses feel like a hand crafted piece of art and I look forward to making further purchases in the future.

I’ve followed Banton on Instagram for about a year and have loved their updates and watching an independent, creative company, grow. The passion they have for their product was clear… and their product looked great.
Recently I decided to buy a pair of their frames and I was interested to see if they matched the quality promised. I wasn’t disappointed; beautiful frames, incredibly well made, and delivered in packaging (with personal note) that many a high end retailer could learn from. I can recommend Banton Frames without reservation… not cheap… but you get what you pay for, and some! Great work and thanks.

881962 I have just had delivered my 2nd pair of glasses from Banton frameworks. The reason for purchase of these 2nd pair is that I was very very pleased with my initial purchase.
These just delivered pair show the exceptional design and manufacturing quality that Banton Frameworks put into their products.
It is also worthy of note that their personal customer service regarding lense fitting and final postage + delivery is of the highest standard.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for glasses of exceptional quality that with thier follow on service should last a long long time.

Fantastic, professional and personal customer service!
After 18 months or so daily wear of my favourite specs, my frames needed adjustment. After completing the online request on Banton Frameworks website, I had a prompt response from Jamie and clear instructions on how to return the frames for adjustment.
Within 2 days, the frames were back with me, re-riveted, re-polished and adjusted so the temples have a little more hook behind the ears for a more secure fit.
Perfect customer care, all at no extra cost to what I paid for the frames 18 months ago.
These are not cheap frames, but my experience demonstrates they are the true definition of good value.

Great glasses great people
Great to see an independent business delivering great products. I have been purchasing their glass for a number of years. On my 12th pair of glasses - all great quality. On the one occasion there was a fault I posted them back and they were fixed FOC (even though I had sat on them). Jamie and Lucy bring a virtual personal touch to the business and it’s a genuine pleasure dealing with them even if they are Scottish!

And yes, even after sitting on them, it was only right we fixed them. That’s what our lifetime repairs are there for. Glasses are meant to be worn, lived in, occasionally squashed… and then brought back to life.
