Great mug, quick delivery and exactly what I wanted!

Ordered a mug for a birthday gift and j couldn’t be happier with it. Delivered in great time and really good quality. My colleague was over the moon with the mug and we bought for her. Would 100% recommend and will buy from again in the future!

The t-shirt I purchased is for my husbands birthday in August so it has not been opened yet, just hidden in plain sight still in its packaging. I have had great service and products in the past and have no doubt that this item will be as good as I expect.

Ordered a father’s day card well in advance, however it never ended up arriving. I emailed their support to follow up on this, they emailed back asking for redundant information which I provided. Haven’t heard back from them since and they’ve have been ignoring all my emails. Appalling to be honest, would not recommend ever buying from this website.

I bought this for Father’s Day it was something different and was greatly appreciated

If you look at all the 1 star reviews on here you’ll see a pattern. If anything goes wrong with your order through this company they ignore you continuously as they don’t want to refund you. I ordered 2 Father’s Day cards well in time for the day. It got to the Friday before Father day (the Sunday) and I emailed to ask if they’d been sent. On the Monday they emailed me to say they had sent replacements which I hadn’t requested. I’m not sure why they chose to do this as the Father’s Day had already passed so replacement cards would be useless. They are now ignoring my emails requesting a refund. Very disappointing!

Ordered Father's day cards last minute and to my surprise they arrived within two days. Cards were great quality. I also really enjoyed the confirmation email I received, far nicer than the generic ones you receive from other companies. I would highly recommend banterking and will definitely be ordering again

I had ordered an item for Fathers Day and even paid an additional 5.99 for delivery for 1-2 days. It has been over a week however and I have received nothing back. I have contacted the customer service, for which they have said they would check the order status yet I'm still waiting days for a response and the gift I'd ordered. My first time with ordering and unfortunately it will be my last
