Attended today for the Sumit Roof Top Experience. Had a good time. Staff on the Counter were very friendly. Was Guided up by Robin, She was really good telling me the History of the Palace. The views were amazing. It's a very easy Climb and not Scary. Thank you for all the photos you took for me. For me it was totally value for money.
Hold onto these sometimes very critical…
Hold onto these sometimes very critical reviews. We went yesterday to see Sunny Afternoon, we had a most enjoyable time. The show was good and enjoyable. We all accepted the interior decor left as original and not touched. The National Trust have a similar policy in some locations. The food and drinks available in the main entrance were good quality and reasonable prices for London. Would love to go on a clear day with my camera as views over London very good. Well done to all, especially the artists in Sunny Afternoon, a fantastic performance.
Nice theatre great show, saw Sunny Afternoon
Nice theatre great show, saw Sunny Afternoon, disappointed with men's toilet being closed opposite ice rink, and had planned having a pizza on arrival only to find restaurant was closed and surprisingly there's a lack of good food to eat, and not snacks.
Beware Euro Car Parks manage the parking!

Went last week to watch the darts it was so hard to watch when there were 1000s of adults boooing an 18 year man
Over Zealous Security
As usual Alexandra Palace held PDC Darts Championship very busy event. Usually very enjoyable to enjoy and services. This year there security overly agressive and you could not buy a single cold drink that was not fizzy or water. Nothing.
NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY
Very disappointed — this venue is NOT disability-friendly. I asked for help several times and was refused each time, even after providing documentation of my multiple sclerosis diagnosis. It’s unacceptable that accessibility needs are still being ignored, especially when clear evidence of disability is provided.
Racial Profiling.
I went to see Amyl & The Sniffers gig last Saturday at Alexandra Palace. After waiting hours to get to the front stage I was disgusted by the way I was racially profiled by being searched twice. I used to work there with a Security agency as a guard so I know for a fact that the only reason I was singled out was for a drug search. Mind you I was one of the minute number of black attendees for the event. I'm 61yrs old conservatively dressed compared to most attendees that night, but in someones mind they couldn't get it around their head that I'm a fan They assumed that I was there to sell drugs. This was pure racial profiling . I was livid & tried to not let it ruin my evening suffice to say I will never attend this venue again.
The Paddocks carpark
This is a review for The Paddocks carpark which apparently is different to the other car parks! I would recommend that you pay on arrival, so you know the cost and the time you need to be back to your car! Unfortunately I trusted what I had read on the Ally Pally website, which is that you can park for £2 per hour and for up to 48 hours. I stayed about 4.5 hours.
What the website doesn't say is that if you are there after 5.30pm (I left at 5.40pm) then a charge of an extra £15 would be added to the parking charge, for the evening rate. This is so misleading. I also checked the euro cars signage and it's not clear that the £2 charge would stop at 5.30pm.
Therefore, I was expecting to pay £10 to park but it ended up costing me £25! An expensive trip to the yoga show. I doubt I will get a refund, so I wanted to write this review to warn others! Other than that, parking was easy and a great location. Such a shame that the wording is unclear and I came away feeling pretty rubbish after a beautiful uplifting day.
Easily the best music venue in London
Easily the best music venue in London. Always relieved to see bands announce tour dates here. Best view of London skyline from the entrance if you get there the right time of day.
Some very Rude Staff.
Saw a show which was brilliant and all the staff at the Theatre were great customer service. Unfortunately the staff member selling the merchandise was not as attentive. She was very pushy for me to pay while i was still choosing what to purchase. As i picked something up she tapped it into the card reader! I had 2 children and another adult and we felt we had to rush and choose which resulted in us getting the wrong items. Before hand we went to the Cafe and staff there were extremely rude, again rushing us and not very helpful when we asked questions about the food. Obviously In the wrong Job as it was apparent they didn’t want to be there. The lady making the coffee was very attentive and helpful. All other staff including Parking attendant and on the door were very welcoming.
Horrible christmas more like Horrible incompetent staff
No stars
Security team watched and helped an aggressive man shout and verbally abuse my 13 year and 21 year old daughters at a family Christmas play
He was stood up shouting in our faces and they just let him upsetting my 4 year old daughter
Then when he finally moved
Another Security woman came over about 20 minuets later stood infront of my 4 year do she couldn't see and accused my wife of something she had not done
Looking at all the reviews on here I can see there is a really problem here
Sexist and disrespectful
Sexist, disrespectful treatment from the Visitor Services staff. I was struggling to get my one year old not to run around wet surfaces and apologised to them saying I was doing my best, only to be told “well then DO BETTER”. I am shocked.
Alexandra Palace-Euro Car Parks
Euro Car Parks - Alexandra Palace (East Wing) - Unfair Fines & Predatory Practices
Unacceptable £100 Fine & Impossible Appeal Process
Furious about the recent £100 fine I received from Euro Car Parks for supposedly overstaying at their Alexandra Palace (East Wing) car park on 13 04 2024. Here's why this is a blatant cash grab:
Traffic Chaos, Not My Fault: Attended an event at the East Wing and tried to leave promptly. However, a massive backlog of cars caused by poor traffic management on Euro Car Parks' end meant I exceeded the time limit. This was entirely out of my control.
Forced to Pay Before Appeal Reply: I appealed the fine following their procedure, only to discover their response timeframe is longer than the discounted payment window (14 days with discount). This is a rigged system designed to pressure people into paying before they can even contest the fine.
Profit Over People: The situation reeks of predatory practices. Exorbitant fines for issues beyond customer control, combined with a deliberately restrictive appeal system, suggests Euro Car Parks prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. They even closed an exit lane, likely to worsen congestion and squeeze more money out of frustrated customers.
Save Your Money, Park Elsewhere!
This experience, coupled with consistent negative reviews online, paints a clear picture: Euro Car Parks preys on customers with unfair fines and an impossible appeal process. Do yourself a favor and explore alternative parking options. If you're stuck with them, fight the fine and warn others!
Urging Euro Car Parks to Change
Euro Car Parks, this is unacceptable. Cancel my fine immediately and revise your appeal system to allow for timely responses. Stop exploiting paying customers! I will be actively sharing this experience and urging others to avoid your predatory practices.
Legal con.
A legal con.
Purchased some tickets in haste, realised I couldn't attend and immediately attempted to cancel and I was basically told to gtfo.
Avoid. There's better venues to go to anyway and more customer friendly places to buy tickets from.
Absolutely awful aggressive security so…
Absolutely awful aggressive security so so strict dogs everywhere no shade in 30 degree heat unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount to be vip awful venue basically a car park. Don’t even bother. If anyone has any lil substance good luck
Incompetent staff from bottom to top
Terrible venue staff, terrible Visitor Services Team, terrible CEO (Emma Dagnes). They fell well below acceptable when the rain caught them out.
Don't waste time and money on the skating crash course.
We did the ice skating crash course.
My kids haven't learned a thing! They don't even know how to skate at this point.
Why? Because each group has 20 kids, and some kids aren't even being taught.
It's a real shame and it cost far too much for being such a huge disappointment. They were too greedy and the teacher student ratio is 1 to 20. Would definitely not recommend.
Straight out the door when you leave
Straight out the door when you leave! Not allowed to use the toilets at all according to security at the door! Shameful!
Attended this venue for the masters…
Attended this venue for the masters snooker 2022, the disabled car parking is a long walk from the disabled car park.
About 2000 people attended on the day, mostly men, and the gents toilets consist of 3 very small urinals and 2 booths, one of which the lock was broken.
The most cramped and uncomfortable seats ever, everyone has to stand up between frames to ease the pain.
