Great looking banner!
Great looking banner to promote our church concert. Ordering took a little longer than anticipated, but that was because "quality control" wanted to make sure we got a banner would be more than satisfactory. All in all a good experience.

Terrible customer service
Even though I checked, double-checked, and even triple-checked with a customer service rep to make sure that my pop up display included the fabric, the hardware arrived by itself. I followed the instructions of the customer service rep (even making sure to write his name down as reference), but I did not receive what I was told I would receive. My only options were to spend another excess of $500+ Priority shipping to receive my fabric in time, or ship the product back to a US facility at my expense ($200+). Even though the purchase was from a Canadian site and shipped from a Canadian address, I have to pay to ship to the USA.
Terrible customer service. They cannot provide me with transcripts of the customer service conversation. There was no option for me to keep a copy of the conversation as in most other online shopping sites. They can therefore do whatever they please, and say whatever suits them with no recourse. Very unethical.

We're really sorry about the trouble you faced with our customer support. We want to make it clear that if you want both the fabric and hardware, you need to select both options. Whether you prefer plain white fabric or printed fabric, the price won't change.
We understand that you might have spoken to a representative who led you to place an order, resulting in the hardware-only error you received. We've tried our best to investigate, but unfortunately, we couldn't locate the conversation, especially since the name "Khan" isn't associated with our team. Sometimes, customers choose not to share their names or email addresses during chats, which can make it hard for us to find previous conversations.
Still, giving you the benefit of the doubt, we've worked hard to resolve this by allowing you to return the product at your own expense, despite our usual policy against product returns. We've also provided the best possible discount to make things right, which is the most we can offer.
We're truly sorry that we can't do more than what's already been done. Even if there was communication on this matter, the price for the graphic would have remained the same, and the resolution would have been unchanged. Regrettably, we can't offer further assistance. We apologize again for any inconvenience this has caused.
Definitely Recommend!
My experience was great from the start to the finish product! The response time from the company via emails and messages were prompt and precise and I was thrilled with the finished product.

very cheap management, they harrased their employees by asking them to leave the company then raised absonding for such emplyees. poor managment running this company. they don't respect their emplyees issues neither thy resolve their cusomer's issues. HR team always make fake promises for processing the resignation but never do. dont trust on such company who don't give importance to their employees as well as customers...
i havebeen sending email since january but their HR is least bother for my concern
they are playing big contribution for making people unemplyed
i want my relieving letter that's it nothing else

Stay away from this company
I ordered two 4x8 banners for a trade show. Uploaded the graphics and everything correctly. When the banners came BOTH were identical. Unfortunately, they could not get a replacement on time to me. I was surprised as their address shows that they are in downtown Toronto. HOWEVER, they are in INDIA. The are made there and shipped to wherever they need to be delivered to. Interacting with their website, it shows everything is based here, address and all.
I requested that I get a 50% discount on the one banner plus a replacement of what I ordered. They have only offered to send me a replacement, which of course I accepted as I need what I ordered. I do not think this is fair and should be compensated. My company and I looked like fools at the trade show that costed over $5k.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

It appears that we received only one file (containing both artwork) for your order, which our designer misinterpreted, resulting in the same design being used for both banners.
We acknowledge that this mistake was on our part, and we understand the frustration it must have caused, especially considering the importance of the trade show for your company. We apologize for any negative impact this may have had on your business and your investment in the trade show.
As a gesture of goodwill and to rectify the situation, we have offered to reship the correct banners to you, as per your original order specifications. We want to assure you that we are committed to making things right and providing you with the banners you initially requested.
However, we regret to inform you that we cannot comply with your request for a 50% discount on one of the banners, in addition to the replacement. Our policy regarding such situations does not allow for refunds or partial refunds. We genuinely apologize for any misunderstanding or disappointment this may cause.
Once again, we apologize for the oversight and the inconvenience caused. We value your business and strive to provide excellent customer service. We assure you that we have taken steps to address the issue internally and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
