We ordered it to be delivered by the 11th for our special event on the 14th. It arrived on the 15th and the event was spoiled.
I contacted Bannerbuzz on the 12th to confirm it would definitely arrive by 14th but the chat bot was not helpful. It offered me 50% discount of the delivery fee and told me to check the tracking.
It was very disappointing this time.

It didn’t come in time. My event already was over and it comes just next day after it.
And it was terrible with design guys. I just wanted my design and they tried to make it different

Business card order
I recently ordered business cards and overall had a very positive experience.
There were some initial communication challenges when additional information was needed regarding my artwork files. The emails requesting the updates weren’t entirely clear on how I was supposed to provide the requested information, which resulted in me needing to call customer service on two occasions for clarification.
That said, once I connected with the team, they were responsive, helpful, and quick to address my questions. After receiving the information they needed, the turnaround time on my order was impressively fast.
Most importantly, I am extremely pleased with the final product. The quality of the cards exceeded my expectations. They have a premium, executive feel and look exactly as I had envisioned for my business. The materials, finish, and overall presentation reflect the professional image I wanted to create for my brand.
Overall, I found the pricing fair, the customer service responsive, and the final product excellent. My only suggestion would be to make the communication process around artwork revisions and file updates a little more user-friendly and intuitive. With that small improvement, the experience would be exceptional from start to finish.

BannerBuzz came through with flying colors!
I had a very last minute request for a table cloth and a large 8x8 printing and I really did not believe that BannerBuzz could get it delivered to me on time across the country but they did. And the pieces were beautiful!
Also the consultant that worked with me was just wonderful and walked me through everything to make sure that there was no errors with my order. Also the price of the items was very reasonable. I will be using BannerBuzz again and will be recommending it to others.

I did not think the colour reproduction was very accurate
I did not think the colour reproduction on the flag I just ordered was very accurate. It came out more dark mustard than bright yellow.

Great options available - was able to download an image easily, and the team connected back with me to ensure I was happy about how the image was placed on the banner (as my image was more long than wide) - and I was very happy with the product that was delivered and the delivery time. Delayed delivery and no response from the customer service team.
The customer service team informed me that I would receive an update within two hours—often sooner; however, I never received any follow-up.
For Canadian customers: be aware that delays may occur, as happened with my order. The products frequently ship from international facilities (mostly India), which is not clearly disclosed on the website during the ordering process.

The company has great customer service
The company has great customer service. I uploaded what I thought was a good quality image and it was not. They were so apologetic for my mistake. They donated this banner to our schools Parent Association and its fabulous!
