Debora, we're sorry to hear you can't use a coupon code. The only explanation was that your order included standard banner sizes that were already available at a reduced or discounted price. The offer presented on our home page bears an asterisk, which indicates that, just like any other offer, it comes with a standard set of terms and conditions. One can navigate to the appropriate page that displays this information by clicking the offer picture on the main banner ad on our home page. As for other applicable offers, you can check the details under the "Special Offers" category on our website. If an offer is sent across via email, the details of it are presented at the bottom of the ad. We hope this information provides much-needed clarity on the subject.

Experience was good, product had minor issues.
My overall experience was really good. However the X-stand had some minor damage and one of the X-banners has a tear on the edge, as these banners do not seem to have a folded edge to protect them.

Horrible print quality/resolution. No response from Customer support since 2 weeks
I ordered premium matte business cards and the print quality is horrible. It is similar to a free newspaper you pick up from roadside. Resolution is so low, you can actually see printing dots. I guess they did 5hat to reduce ink usage.
Have been trying to contact the company since 2 weeks, sent poor quality prints proofs, printing errors, but no response! So much for thier " satisfaction guarantee" they won't respond if you compliant. Always get same response: we'll connect within 24 hours; since 2 weeks.
I wonder if company can be sued for making false claims for their response times promisses or satisfaction guarantees.
Very dissatisfied. Stay away.

Efficient ordering process- terrible after sale support
A long process to complete what should have been a straight forward purchase. Ordered a white canopy tent and a pop-up window asked if I wanted a graphic with that. In my mind a graphic means do I want any graphics printed on my canopy, to which I replied no. White canopy tent arrived without a white canopy as the "graphic" refers to the topper. Called customer service, got a recorded message that said they are busy and then a hang up. Cant even leave a message. No luck contacting anyone by phone so reverted to email. Discover that I cannot return the frame (its in the fine print) so no choice to now order the topper. Ordered the topper for a white canopy tent and the order reports it as a graphic. Company needs to standardize on a language that is commonplace rather than industry specific. Customer service person did the best she could for me so kudo's to Veronica but company policy is the absolute worse. Consider ordering something from Amazon and you are not satisfied, you can return for $0, no questions asked. Bannerbuzz needs to step up their game in this department or Amazon will eat their lunch.

However, we regret any shortcomings. Being a customer, we truly comprehend the fact that the option "Add Graphic" is a simple term for adding artwork. And we stand by that fact.
Just to clarify, at BannerBuzz, to make it easy for our customers, we offer custom ordering options for the majority of our products. We let our customers decide what they wish to add to their orders. That's why the order form has two separate fields: "Add Graphic" and "Add Hardware". Despite that, based on our previous learning, we have also included a reminder which pops up when a customer accidentally selects just the hardware portion of the order and clicks on "Proceed and Checkout" on the product page. That's as easy or as predictive a change that can be configured into a website. But then, even if one were to consider the possibility of an error, it can still be rectified until an order is moved for production; one can always approach our support channels for assistance. Unfortunately, the product you ordered contains hardware (frame) only.
We would like to clarify that we have thousands of products listed on one website, and we are working on each category to improve and include as much information as possible. We will consider your suggestion as an improvement and will devise the best possible solution.
