My 8yr old son loved this! Would recommend as it encourages reading and then writing the letter back to Banjo

My son enjoyed the story line and stickers so much. He gravitated towards the characters and their passion for exploring different parts of the world. Banjo has inspired my child to remember the number of continents and their names. This creation has introduced the art of writing a letter, a phenomenon we seldom partake in since emails and social media came about. We are truly happy with this extraordinary experience.

Keeps my child engage and excited for more of Banjos adventures!

Banjo Robinson is excellent! My 5-year old gets incredibly excited whenever a new letter from Banjo shows up and he loves learning about the different places Banjo is visiting! Also great value for money compared to other similar geography subscriptions.

Very impressed with the amount of extra information if you want to go deeper and learn more. Kids love getting the packet of mail and following along.

My subscription took too long to arrive, and customer service never replied to me with any questions or concerns.

This is one of those rare businesses that genuinely cares about its customers. My sons are obsessed with Banjo and love everything about this amazing educational yet fun product. When we’d completed a full cycle and received all the letters, the wonderful team and Banjo Robinson continued to care and to go the extra mile (or ten!) to help us out. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their kindness. My eldest son is autistic and the team were especially empathetic towards his needs, which meant the world to him and me.

Loving this so far, my girls are excited to receive their letters, keen to write back and we’re learning about new countries. It’s a win

Children love getting their Banjo packs through the post. For young children brought up in a tech-centric world, it's exciting for them to get an actual letter through the post!
Packs have lots of information about where Banjo has visited, and activities to do.
The children love writing back to Banjo and leaving their letter under the sofa and finding a reply a few days later!

The map is interesting for children, but the monthly subscription is too expensive, it's certainly not worth it at all

Super original gift! Sadly, my daughter has outgrown it.
Their support person was also very kind and sent us the last sticker sheet we needed to complete the map. Thanks for making Banjo such a lovely monthly routine!!! it will be missed

Update: was called today by the company’s founder to apologise for the awful service I’ve received. It seems all my emails went to spam and my Facebook messages and comments were missed. I also should have received a reminder about the renewal which I didn’t get. I appreciated the founder taking the time to call me and hopefully new processes will be implemented to stop this happening again.

Terrible customer service, subscription renewed with no notice or reminder and I’ve since emailed five times (over 3 weeks) to query this and ask for confirmation anything further will be cancelled. I’ve had no reply whatsoever.

They ignore or my cancellation requests.

I have messaged online on the contact us page.

I have emailed 2 addresses repeatedly to no avail.

They will not process my cancellation request.

The website says to login and request cancellation but I cant login as no account and it wont allow me to setup account.

By the way I was on a free trial paid only postage and it wasn't even worth that for what they sent!.

I wouldn't bother reviewing but ignoring my cancellation request and then charging my card is unacceptable behaviour.

EDIT: I have now had response from them and have adjusted by rating to reflect. I was unaware of the 32 day cancellation policy but appreciate that as long as you can get hold of them they will cancel and refund as has now been done.

I like that it is personalised and regular but I would like if there was more content. It’s maybe a little young for my 7yr old

Love this resource, it’s so engaging for my 7 year old and it’s fun to learn about different countries together!

Affordable, educational, super engaging for my 6yo. Encouraged him to read and write and colour in (he hates colouring usually)
