Appalling Quality
I emailed this company over balloons that deflated and looked shrivelled on the day of the party I was organising. They arrived the day before so I expected them to look great but didn’t. I contacted them to air my disgust and was told I had to email them within 24 hours of delivery…..so if your order turns up looking pants, make sure you stop what your doing, ignore your guests while you complain about the mess they have sent you otherwise they wash their hands of the complaint. Make sure their bad quality products don’t turn into your fault. Never ordering from this second rate company ever again.

I am genuinely sorry to see the way you have been left feeling, this certainly isn’t how I would want any of our customers too feel.
Upon checking our records, I can see the balloons we sent arrived with you and were in perfect condition on arrival.as you quoted to us "When the balloons arrived they were very good and were put in place for the party," The balloons were used for the party, however the following day (day of the party) the balloons had started to deflate and looked awful"
The Balloons Arrived in good condition and quality and was used for your occasion. as you aware balloons are perishable items and can be damaged when used in a party, and report of fault was made 2 days after that.
Balloons are perishables and cannot be returned under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (2000). They can't be returned after being used

Brilliant service.
I ordered a 40 birthday balloon for my son. He was thrilled to bits with it. He told me that it was nicely packaged and delivered from a friendly courier. This was a nice thing to say, as my son and his family live in a flat on the second floor, so 4 flights of stairs have to be climbed, no lift. But the courier was still friendly and helpful.

Excellent service and item
Excellent service and item. Balloon came on the day requested, packaged very well with mini balloons and tissue paper and looked even better than I had hoped. 2 weeks later it is still fully inflated which had initially been a worry. Very happy customer and daughter. So much better than the ones you buy in the shops if you can afford the extra expense.

Thank you for the brilliant service
Just to say a big thank you for the brilliant service and a great display which was received earlier this week. The delivery was very quick via DPD.
It was received and opened by my daughter, who has a passion for balloons, in perfect condition who has just gained a Masters degree with a merit.
Credit where credit is due as I did read some disparaging comments on some feedback before ordering from you. Definitely no regrets, it made the day.

Excellent service and good pricing
I received excellent service from Balloons Delivered. The order process was simple and their prices are very reasonable.
The balloon was for a friends birthday and arrived in the morning on his birthday which is awesome!

Balloons didn’t arrive as they were…
Balloons didn’t arrive as they were returned to sender on the day of supposed delivery. Asked for a Sunday delivery and DPD told me they were coming Monday as they were shipped from Swansea on Friday and that does not allow enough time. My emails are being ignored and the contact number supplied is incorrect. Is this company even legit? Waiting on a refund and had no contact from this company since the balloons didn’t arrive.
Update: you ignored me Monday and only responded on Tuesday when I contacted clearpay. Clearpay have said the company cannot issue a refund because they said I “rejected delivery” which is untrue. I have screenshots of emails from the company saying DPD sent back the item and from the DPD delivery tracker. They are waiting for DPD to respond before issuing me a refund for an order I haven’t received. I’ve paid £40 for 2 balloons that never arrived.

We are very sorry this has happened. We can see that your items were sent on time on a weekend delivery service all balloons (as they are perishable) are sent on a overnight 24 hour delivery service or weekend service, items shipped on a Friday are delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
We can also see that you items have been held with dpd and are in the process of being returned to us, usually this is because of damage or a mistake dpd has made, I can see the item was sent by us to the correct address then went t the National hub after this it was sent to Hinckley and then the day after sent to Raunds where it has left there to come back to us?.. we don’t know the reason for this this only happens if the receiver tells dpd to send the item back to us or if the box has been so badly damaged for some reason they will send it back to us, but this is really rare.
I’m awaiting to hear back from dpd regarding this and we are investigating, we have sent a email but on sundays unfortunately our office is not open, we can also see that the automatic emails has also been sent to you, to the email that was provided on order. And we will get back to you again very soon.

These balloons were great and my son loved them! They were for his 17th birthday to let him know he had driving lessons….we had an “L” plate balloon with 2 red star balloons. Very happy with the balloons the delivery and the service. Will definitely order again

Absolutely fantastic my husband loved…

Fabulous staff
Fabulous staff, great service and lovely addition with a packet of sweets as a thank you! Balloon has lasted for 2 weeks so far and is still floating!! Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Highly recommended.
Didn't see it myself as bought as a gift, but my niece said it was lovely.
Easy to use website, very reasonable prices and arrived on the date requested.
I would recommend this company to others and will be using them again myself.
