50th Birthday Balloon
Great choice of balloons at a reasonable price. Delivered on time in perfect condition.
Recipient was very happy and the balloon added to the 50th birthday surprises that I couldn’t deliver to her in person.

Good quality
The balloons came nice and early in the morning, about 10am which was good. They were a very nice quality decoration and are only just starting to deflate now 13 days later. Would order again.

Made mums 80th very memorable
I ordered number balloons (8&0) for my Mums birthday, wasn't having a big party as my Mum is palliative care only end stage dementia etc, I still wanted to make it special. I ordered rose colour as mum loves pink/ purple. Delivery was super fast & arrived in plenty of time despite me order@ the last min. The balloons were well inflated, with beautiful balloons weights that complemented colour of balloons. Mum actually responded to them smiling & wanting to cuddle. Well worth the money & there was a small bag of sweets as well. You won't be disappointed if you order from this company, they will make any occasion special
My dais 30 next Yr will definitely be getting her balloons from here❤🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈❤

Repeat customer!
I have used Balloons Delivered a couple of times and every time it’s amazing. The balloons arrive in perfect condition and last so long. The last lot were still floating like new after 2 weeks!
Mostly I love the customer service, the team always go above and beyond to help. When I made an additional order for my little girls birthday last year I was given a code so I didn’t have to pay delivery twice. Nothing is too much trouble.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the company! The gift note on the balloons make them an awesome gift too.

Flat balloons
Ordered number balloons, one number was flat on delivery and by the morning it was on the floor. Had to throw them out as couldn’t use them at the party. Sent pictures of the faulty balloon the same day they were delivered and being told we cannot have a refund and then didn’t bother to reply until I chased them again. Terrible service and balloons

We sometimes request balloons to be retuned to us to be examined on some occasions for us to examine the a faulty product, we can then determine if the items were damaged in transit or if the item itself was faulty, so we can then contact the correct department to ensure this do not happen to any other customer.
If the items can not be returned because they have been thrown away in the bin, Unfortunately we can’t offer a refund. To make a claim for a faulty item you must be able to return the item to us if we ask you to do so.

Ordered a balloon for my new Granddaughter. Was very happy with the balloon my son and his wife loved it. It was delivered on time and communication was good. I also thought they was very reasonably priced. I would definitely use this company again.

Take your money and sent deflated balloons …
My balloons arrived a day late because they got lost. Was a gift for a friends birthday so being late made the balloons almost pointless but to add insult to injury they was completely deflated. I emailed the company with pictures of the deflated balloons and they ignored my email. I emailed again a week later because I haven’t heard anything back and was told because I had chucked away the packaging they can’t do anything because they can’t claim the money back. I would have know this if they responded to me in the first place but what person keeps HUGE boxes for over a week? The company didn’t even offer me a partial refund. I think they’re a disgrace! They charged me almost £70 for late and deflated balloons! Avoid this company at all cost they’re thief’s! They’re extremely rude and unprofessional.
And as for the response that has been left again they’re liars! I emailed them on the 23rd and have the evidence that proves I did! I also haven’t received a penny back from the company. You’re liars and manipulators and you expect people to view your apology as sincere!? Disgrace! I will be contacting the financial ombudsman. Who keeps deflated balloons and XL packaging for a whole week!!??

I am genuinely sorry to see the way you have been left feeling after this certainly isn’t how I would want any of our customers left feeling.
I have taken the last hour investigating your order for you, as it’s very disappointing to see any customer feeling this way about a order we have delivered
The order was requested to be delivered on the 23rd of July, but no email or contact by you was made until 29th of July, there is a window of 24 hours after the balloon is delivered to report any faults after delivery, this is because the longevity of balloon differs on how they are taken care of,
If you believe we are incorrect about the date we received a email about the broken balloon please send us evidence of this and I will see into this for you right away for sure.
I can see a request for further images, because the images provided were inadequate, but no further images were provided to us, or no items returned to us.
I can see that your order was for 5 balloons in total, and that 1 of the 5 balloons arrived a day late because of a mistake with your local depot. (All the balloons left us on time) The items were not lost, they were delayed and all evidence of this is available on the tracking,
I can see this was rectified and that already a £9.99 refund have been made because of the 1 day delay of the 1 balloon, The refund has sent Via the method you paid with for sure, please check the method you paid with as this will reflect in your account.
A full refund for the whole order hasn’t been made because, 4 of the 5 balloons arrived on time in perfect condition, there was only a complaint about 1 balloon out of the 5 delivered, and this was delivered separately in a small box.
We have forwarded your complaint to the Local depot about the balloon that arrived with a 1 day delay, to ensure that this does not happen again to any other customers we have expressed that this is unacceptable.
