Balgores Leasing Recensioni

I’m absolutely delighted with the delivery of my new Cupra Born V3 from Balgores Leasing. From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. The communication was clear, professional, and friendly throughout, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free.

The car arrived in perfect condition and exactly as promised. The delivery team were punctual, helpful, and made the handover effortless. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience—Balgores Leasing have truly delivered a first-class service.

Highly recommended!

Very easy process. Very helpful and efficient staff.

I was kept totally informed and up to date from their friendly team during the process. Thank you to all at Balgores.

Lots of online lease deals, but I prefer to deal with people and I found Charlie to be knowledgeable and up front - no hard sell, but listened to what I wanted and sorted it - new car delivered just as requested.
Would definitely recommend.

The service I received from Balgores leasing was top class.
At every point Phil, Callum and Katie were not just professional but also helpful and kept me fully informed of the vehicle process.
I need the car by a certain date as we had a road trip vacation planned and although it was a tight timetable the team delivered on the date.
Thank you 5 ⭐️ service

Fantastic service they made everything very easy and a very competitive price well done

We had a simple journey from ordering the car to receiving it 2 weeks later. Communication was great and it really was a stress free transaction.

My order was handled quickly and efficiently. My new car was ordered and delivered in around two weeks.

The process was simple and straightforward

Excellent service with great communication from start to finish.
Thoroughly recommended.

Balgores Leasing is a great company and a lot cheaper than the main dealers, almost half the price! :).

Most cars are in stock, so a rapid delivery, they delivered to my door, very polite.

Would recommend taking a look, you won't be disappointed.

Great people, keep you up to speed and explain everything.

Professionals . Good deal. Delivered what they promised.

I had a fantastic experience from the moment I made my first enquiry to the delivery of the vehicle. The entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free. Communication was clear and timely, and every detail was handled with care. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and the vehicle arrived exactly as promised. Highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability and excellence!

I was advised by email a confirmation date and address for the delivery of my new Ford transit custom . Balgors organise my vehicles to go direct to my sign writer in Chelmsford . The company has carried it this process many times for me , as a favour to me as a good customer . Also both my tracking company and my racking company both companies again carried out this process many times . I then pick the van up a few days later once all completed . I can understand what I was advised as technical difficulties. However I am sorry I don’t believe this you must of had a driver ready to deliver a van organised with paperwork standing there with nothing to do so please don’t insult my intelligence. It wasn’t until I think around 3 pm I got advised by my sign writer no van had arrived he then phoned Balgors for an update to be advised it would not be arriving . Also the van was insured for this day . I then get the response that it was a technical issue and when my supplier contacted Balgors being polite as he is said it was not a problem. It was a problem . I am the customer not my supplier schedules train tickets work schedules all had to be changed by a day . Putting my polite and accommodating suppliers in the same boat . However as a good client to my suppliers and as a good will gesture I will do something to compensate them for something that should have been done as it has many times before in the way of a drink some chocolates or a voucher . So I am looking towards Balgors to replicate that to me so I can thank my suppliers for there ongoing support in what is difficult trading as a small business these days . So this is the reason for the poor service .

Fantastic Service.

So quick with processing the order and advising best options/deal.

Very good service and communication throughout the whole process.

Overall great experience from initially obtaining quotes through to order and delivery of car.
A couple of things that happened otherwise it’d have been 5 star.
Firstly, I had my quote and was ready to place my order, when attempting to do so I was told the deal had been withdrawn. I then got a callback to say it was available again but the price had gone up slightly. It was still a great price so I still placed the order but thought it a little suspicious.

Secondly, I was told the price was based on me taking delivery of the car before the end of September. Fine with me but as it got closer to the end of the month it was apparent the car wasn’t going to be available in September. It was delivered in 3rd Oct which suited but the communication could have been a little clearer.

Otherwise the team at an Balgores were great to deal with (Charlie initially) and even when I had a query on the delivery day Treena responded while the delivery driver was with me and answered the questions. Katie giving a follow up call was also a nice touch and reassurance that they are available to assist.

The proccess was very easy with no fuss or issues, it was very well carried out, would recommend Balgores Leasaing to anyone, I didn#t even have to leave my house as I trusted them completly

Really happy with the process of getting a lease car, was able to sort things out quickly, any queries I had were responded to promptly, all in all it was hassle free, would recommend.

Helpful staff, great customer service, and super product. Couldn’t be more helpful, through what was a very simple process.
