I placed my order and sent an email regarding said order immediately. Receiving no response, I sent a second email inquiry regarding the same order and to this day, have received NO response.
This would definitely discourage me from ordering again from Balaan.

Great service! First of all, I could not find these paraboots anywhere and the only version I did find was the nubuck/suede version which I did not want. Secondly I found the boots, not only were these the boots I wanted, they were also available at a hefty discount! The delivery was prompt and Balaan gave me a free dust bag for the shoes. 10/10, would purchase again

FAKE REVIEWS AND FRAUD ON PAYPAL
The positive review on trustpilot are fake!
We checked the IP and they made up the reviews!!!
Here is my story:
I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from them for $750 dollars. The shoes were large and I wanted to return them. Order #99330
I sent them 10 emails, eventually they replied but they wanted the item information (model, color, size) as if they did not know... then they disappeared!!
I was curious and I went to verify the shoes: they are 100% fake
I asked Paypal to get the refund and I discovered that when you buy from them, the site is setup to look like a personal transaction and not a vendor transaction!! It's a trap to get the money.
Paypal is investigating the case and I filed for fraud.

I ordered a pair of thom browne shoes and did receive it in a nicely wrapped package. The product is legit and authentic.
The only down side which caused 1 star to be deducted is the relatively slower customer response (something that the company has explained the delay was due to system issue i.e. 1 off problem hopefully)

Great price, fast shipping
I have read many negative reviews about BALAAN but at the same time I did some research and found some news articles about them so I decided to take a leap of faith and placed an order of a REPRESENT tee which was going for a super low price. I was amazed by how fast it was shipped to me in Singapore by FedEx. The shipping charges of course were a little high.
I received my order in 4 days and the item is authentic. I will be shopping on Balaan again for sure!

I got the wrong size of shoe, I contacted customer service to start the refund process, they state on their website that you have to return the item within 7 days or you don't get a refund. No-one has responded to me, this website is a scam.

SCAM
After placing the order, I noticed that the shipping fees were not reflected in the final price. I immediately contacted Balaan, requesting a refund of the $30 shipping fee or to cancel the order if the refund wasn’t possible. Despite this, I received no response.
Two days later, I got an email saying my order had been shipped—seriously? I had clearly stated that I wanted to cancel the order if the shipping fee couldn’t be refunded, but my request was ignored, and the item was shipped anyway.
It has now been four days since I received the package, and I still haven’t heard back from them. Absolutely unacceptable! I’ll be reaching out to PayPal to dispute the transaction.
Thank you, Balaan, for turning a simple issue into a complete nightmare. Stay far away from this company!
