International buyers avoid at all costs
I placed an order for a jacket with 2 different sizes expecting to return one in Apr 2025. Unfortunately I didn't realize I would be footing the bill for the international return shipping so I paid over $300 to return one jacket to Balaan using the label they provided. I have now been receiving collection notices from Fed Ex for the shipping despite paying Balaan over $300 for their return label. I have contacted Fed Ex and Balaan numerous times over the past 2-3 months without a resolution. I received the most recent notice a few days. One of the most frustrating and unprofessional shopping experiences I have had. As an international customer I would stay away from this company. Their customer service has completely failed.

$400 return shipping charge
Purchased a pair of shoes, was charged $40 shipping. Returned shoes using BALAAN provided FEDEX label, charged another $40 shipping. Now receiving non-stop bills and harassment from FEDEX to pay $400 return shipping. BALAAN response is “sorry we are looking into it”. Been going on for months. Disputing the charges on the replacement shoes with Amex.

No solution in 2 months…
FedEx sent me a $300+ bill for Balaans return shipping when the return shipping should have been covered by Balaan when processing the refund. Two months has passed, and Balaan still hasn’t provided a solution to the outrageous FedEx shipping charges nor has transferred the bill over to their account. Customer service sounds like AI that only replies after a week and repeating the same message asking customers to wait. I have filed a complaint with KCA Korea, and if you are experiencing the same situation, I recommend reaching out to kftc and crossborder KCA.

BEWARE - do NOT return anything to this company!
I purchased a pair of shoes that arrived, but they did not fit. I requested a refund. The shoes were never worn and returned in the condition we received them. For my $101.25 purchase, I received a $29.25 credit. That didn't make me happy, but lesson learned. This happened in Jan/Feb. THEN, in April, I received an invoice from FedEx for a $357.72 charge! I will be protesting this charge and filing a formal complaint.

Where do i start
Where do i start. Told me they issued a refund but there was an issue with paypal. Never have a i had a problem with paypal before! I called paypal and nothing was issued. So they told me to give them my bank account, name, wire information and they would wire the refund..
yeah right! As if i would provide that to them! Lets see if i get my 1900 back!

Very bad customer service very bad return policy
Very bad customer service. Returns were very complicated . Said free returns and offered option if free fedex pickup and then wouldn't even send return label. Now I'm stuck with item .

I first though this site is a hoax
I first though this site is a hoax. The shipping tracking was messed up. Surprisingly the communication was great but I still didn't trust them. Seemed fake!!
Lo and behold I got my package exactly what I ordered on the day they promised. I was thrilled and shocked. They claim it's authentic goods.
Price was great.
