I have absolutely loved my Baked In boxes....I've regained my love of baking since receiving the boxes and always looked forward to them arriving. The company always kept me informed of deliveries and they always arrived safely and nicely packaged.

Prompt arrival of great products can't wait to share some as presents.

The mug cakes are great - I order them regularly as they're the best vegan (plant-based) mug cakes I've found.

The reason I've taken a couple of stars off is because BakedIn sent me a free gift with my recent order, and it wasn't vegan, or even vegetarian (they were sweets that had gelatin in them, i.e. animal skin, tendons, ligaments, and bones).

Of course I don't have to eat them, but unfortunately there's a lack of understanding about veganism - veganism is about reducing the demand for animal products, so whether or not I eat them, I've still (unwittingly in this case) increased the demand for them, so not eating them doesn't really help.

The mug cakes are advertised within the 'plant based baking' section of the website, so my suggestions are to either:
1. Stop sending free gifts
2. Give customers a choice of whether to receive one (or what to receive)
3. Send only vegan free gifts (which would also help with people who follow religions that ban pork or beef).

Fabulous kits and extras. Always a quick response. Easy to order and receive. Just happy with the whole experience. Thank you for all you have done for me.

These kits are amazing, I’ve loved using them. The recipes are clear to follow and the results are v tasty. Highly recommend!!

I was thrilled to get these at sale price. My kids love them and I’m hoping the teachers do too as they are for end of year gifts.

This was a fantastic company easy to follow a recipe with all dry ingredients you just had to add a few bits, such a shame this company has gone under, I hope whatever you all do next is just as enjoyable 😀

We baked The Cinnamon Buns and they were delicious, my Granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed making and baking and most of all eating them. Great fun.

I’ve had nothing but great service from this company and so sad it has now gone into administration.What a fair company to be involved with for a long time and I hope that in time they will return covid and high economic growth has affected so many companies.
