Great customer service - Peter is a gem. Great products - Baird looks and feels exclusive.

What's not to like?!

You are discredit to other companies in the precious metals arena and are not worth my time or business to deal with whether in the UK or Singapore.

Make sure you get one thing right and delete our joint account than keeping it on your system.

Good riddance to you and your attrocious behaviour.

This company has not even bothered to reply to my email and honestly are a disgrace, they have shut our accounts for no good reason... this is an account potential of close to 1million GBP after selling a few houses and wanting a solid company, they are a disreputable disgrace.

Further more just to drive the point home to anyone who wishes to consider these cowboys in what is an industry that should have the HIGHEST reputation... I had placed a tiny 6k order for some platinum after their confusing sales staff couldn't get my old account opened and advised to open a new one... guess what, I opened the account, bought some ounces for a spot of about £1650 and they cancelled the order their end - Not asking for recompense as I like buying in bigger quantities through companies I grow to trust, but they actually screwed me over literally by non fulfilment... I am relatively relaxed though by losing a few thousand if underlying issues are resolved.

I can only assume they serviced their own needs with the very purchase as you had some 30 coins which I would have bought all of them and they suddenly disappeared off your platform.

I cant stress enough what a disgrace your firm is and you have had the fake generic style answer to throw other would-be customers off the scent of how atrocious you are.... that you DON'T HONOUR SALES.... You are misleading and you have treated others in the atrocious behaviour that SHOULD SCARE small buyers along with large buyers.

Word of warning... there are plenty of genuine and ROBUST dealers out there that I am not going to bother listing that have dealt and continue dealing with in large sums and still do.... THEY ARE ALSO CHEAPER THAN YOU AND PROVIDE A FANTASTIC SERVICE .... THEY STILL PROVIDE A BRILLIANT SERVICE EVEN DURING HIGH DEMAND.

Disclaimer to everyone, my experience is based on low demand period after selling one of my homes... but am furious with their misleading response - THEY HAVE ZERO INTEREST IN RESOLVING

So guys, go elsewhere... they are a discredit to the precious metals industry, whether you are a small buyer or a large buyer you are taking a risk with this company and they are UNACCOUNTABLE to their actions.

Now I am WAITING FOR A HONEST ANSWER from yourselves... I know it won't come, this IS A COMPLAINT that you care not to resolve.

I have ordered a 1g gold bar as part of a Christmas gift. Not a large order, granted, but an order all the same. The website states 3-5 days delivery delivery. Now 9 days later and 5 unanswered emails and messages, it has still not even been despatched. It’s Friday 19th December and they close for Christmas next Monday. They won’t answer so what should I do? Terrible customer service.
So what I did was order from Bullionbypost yesterday and got next day delivery, today and also £10 cheaper.
Take my advice and many others. Avoid this company.
I’m having to contact my bank on Monday to ask if they can help me to start a chargeback.

Am a Regular Customer with Baird & Co. Customer Service and Purchase Transactions are usually good, smooth and prompt. However on the recent transaction, am not very impressed with the customer service from a gentleman when asked a question on the item delivery delay- compared to previous purchases. After a few phone calls, I was told there had been a delay in the processing due to some admin issues. It was then quickly resolved by a lady. Request to maintain good customer service at all times.

The product was perfectly presented and packaged as expected, But when we come to delivery, which cost a considerable amount (£90) well thats a long story. The courier used was Fedex, it was very difficult to get tracking information from them. first my precious parcel was to arrive on Friday AM, that passed, then before 6 PM, that came and went, then Monday before 6 PM, it eventually arrived Saturday at 11AM, no explanation. it was extremely worrying when such a valuable package was expected. On reflection, get on a train and Collect in person.
