You can browser and order our full range on our website. We do also do custom printing, depending on the quantity needed we can either do digital printing or silkscreen printing. The Bailey family have been involved with the ceramic transfer industry since 1948 when Kenneth Bailey started the company of K.H.Bailey & Sons Ltd. The company continues to this day as Bailey Decal Ltd and is still owned and run by the family.

Bailey Decal provides decent service…
Bailey Decal provides decent service with quick delivery and reasonable prices. The decals are of good quality, and the team communicates well. While the ordering process has improved over time, there’s room for refinement. Overall, a reliable company, but the experience could be slightly better for a three-star rating.

I've said time nd time again how…
I've said time and time again how misleading your order process can be. If I just want to order say 6 of one motif I can't and have no idea how many I will be charged for. Its archaic and misleading and certainly not transparent. It is not clear at all on the website shop. I have no issue with sets as that's very clear but individual motifs is frustrating.

In reply to your review above….. You have been a customer of Bailey Decal now since May 2018 and in this time have placed 27 orders. No matter how the orders are placed – email, telephone, the online order system or post, the process is, and always has been, the same. You order by how many pieces you need, and we will supply as close to that order as we possibly can depending on what is printed on a sheet. This has been the same on every one of those previous orders. We always send a pro-forma invoice on with the picked amount and total cost for you to see before committing and paying so you can make any changes if required.
This is something we have discussed several times with yourself by email and over the telephone and you will also see this information in several places on the website and throughout the order process. Due to the way the decals are printed and sold this is the way it has always been.
This most certainly has nothing at all to do with Trading Standards.. Every part of the process is transparent. We do not hide any information; we certainly do not mislead any customers, and you always know what you have been charged for as we send you a pro-forma which has all of the information.
Personally, we feel that including the Trading Standards in a review with no grounds to do so damages our business with other customers that may read this. If any of our customers or future customers would like to discuss this with us for reassurance, then please get in touch with us directly.
