Received my safety line quite quickly.
From order to delivery- everything was effectively done.
Would change the clasp, find it difficult to open.

I am so glad that I found this company. The headbands Bryony has created for my daughter with a BHM could not be better. Nothing has been too much trouble, with Bryony sourcing other materials to meet my daughters wishes. So far we have got three headbands and a summer hat and cannot fault them in any way. Communication has been brilliant with updates on my order. Thank you for making my daughter so happy to wear her headband!

The band was better than expected and did not move around. The plastic button a little expensive for £25 but at least it is inter changeable and we do not need to buy again. Very secure & my child is happy. Actually wish I had bought some years ago as he old one was so grotty.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and delivered with a handwritten note from Bryony with a chocolate.

The woolly hat I ordered was well made and lined. The BAHA hole was in a good position.

I do absolutely love my headband now, however when I received the DIY headband I found it very difficult to put together! The headband itself I think is a little too thin and the stitching to secure things isn’t great, I’m worried it will break soon! The instructions on Facebook to put the DIY headband together isn’t clear at all definitely needs updating and clearer pictures I’m happy to explain this further if you contact me. But once I figured out how to put it together it is a beautiful band and really suits me just a few little tweaks and the experience would’ve been perfect!

The safety line was exactly what I asked for, pretty colour and practical. Delivery was very quick. This is my second purchase from this company.
