Even though I am in Australia, this company has always been great. The hats and the cut outs for my daughter’s BAHA is always top notch. So glad someone does this for our little ones.

What wonderful products and excellent service.
Having found out my 7 year old Grandson had to have hearing aids fitted I started searching for something that would help with the transition.
I'm so pleased I came across BAHA. It was so easy to order with quick delivery. The customer service is excellent (I amended my order) and nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic service, was really helpful pre order.
We had a slight issue with the holes not lining up on my daughter’s aids but these were rectified and my daughter is over the moon.

Ordered the adult hat and I am really pleased with it, very warm and comfortable. It was delivered much quicker than estimated too!

Whilst the hat is ace. There is not enough space around the device to stop it being caught. My little girl was in tears as it caused a constant buzzing through her device.

Finally my grandson got a cap that will keep both his ears warm in wintertime. It fitted perfectly with his hearingaid. 👍😊

These are incredible, we no longer have to choose if our little girl has a cold head or can’t hear! Wish these existed when I was younger, planning buying an adult one for myself soon.

Great product and great customer service!! Ordered a woolly hat. Great hat, but hole not big enough and causing feedback. Emailed to ask if hole could be made bigger. Got a response almost immediately saying yes. Sent hat back and received it back quickly. Now perfect for me!
