I really had a good time with bag of taste as the cooking wasn't difficult and no pressure applied, I also had a mentor who makes it interesting. I would love to do the course again if possible as it also encourages me to eat new meal. Thank you bag of taste.

Bags of Taste is great, very fun recipes to try at home. Enjoyment of learning new recipes and feeling happier that you have achieved a good meal and also made more for another day too.

I can think of several reasons why you might join a Bags Of Taste course. It’s really designed for everybody whether you’ve never cooked or you were a very good cook if you’re vegan or halal or have any any dietary requirements? This is highly adaptive.

I’ve been lucky enough to attend him in person classes and made long-term friends from doing so some really interesting people have attended. I also did online courses during lockdown where everything was delivered and we cooked Online and that was also very friendly.
The meals and information are tasty and nutritious budget friendly. It’s a very good program. And there is an option to buy a set of the ingredients to take home just to really get the recipe ideas fixed into your mind. It’s tried and tested and is highly efficient.

I learned so much from BoT. They provided me with everything I needed to get a grip on the basics. I was even given a knife sharpener to help me with the tools of my newly found life skill.
The info was so concise and the support after is so helpful. It’s a community forever growing. The WhatsApp groups full of people who love good home cooked food, help you to have less food waste, encourage you to try new recipes and support you all the time. I’m not the best cook but it’s definitely give me the confidence to attempt home cooked meals full of goodness and less processed rubbish.

What a fantastic organisation. I signed up for one of their courses and they sent the ingredients. Had lots of fun following their really simple instructions to make quite frankly delicious, simple meals. Lots of easy to follow instructions so you really can’t go wrong. Great for building confidence in your cooking abilities. Great thing is that instructions don’t just end with the course you can elect to receive further recipes and instructions that take you on to a higher level. Best course I’ve ever been on

Bags of Taste help me to get cooking real healthy food that I can do by myself. While on the course from bags of taste you get provided with everything you need and shown how to cook the recipes. Vibe and feeling of community with Bags of Taste is fantastic. You also get added to a private community Facebook group to share your culinary creations and tips tricks etc. For people on a low income and lack skills in the kitchen and shopping for food then I would highly recommend a Bags of Taste course.

I joint bags of taste several years ago, was the best group I have been in. Alicia is amazing. My family love the variety of heathy meals I can now serve up for them. Besides being healthy food I cannot believe the amount of money I save on ingredients. Everyone is so friendly, like one big happy family.

Absolutely wonderful organisation I found myself in funk a few years ago was bearly eating anything and my support worker recommended I do the course during lockdown to get me motivated to cook and eat again and it worked fantastically long after the course ended we are still all discussing food and recipe ideas ect on their WhatsApp group ppl from all backgrounds from all over the world so the combined experience and cultural food recipes that ppl share have kept me eating for years foods I would never of even though I could cook in my domestic kitchen are so simple to make thanks to the simple step by step instructions and no judgement advice from Alicia and the other course graduates! 100% would recommend every single person to take this course! Xoxo

Signed up to do a cooking class with Bags of Taste to get over my fear of cooking, the instruction was easy to follow and the bag of ingredients at home "got me started". Now I cook on a regular basis both healthily and economically.
P.S. Have not bought a take away or ready meal in over a year.

The course is fantastic. Not at all intimidating. Very friendly. I use many of the recipes weekly. I engage with the graduate fb page. Love the tips especially reducing waste. I highly recommend the course & it’s free. Happy cooking.

I signed up to their course, got the ingredients and recipe cards delivered to my house, joined a WhatsApp group and felt really supported to make the dishes. Gave me confidence to cook nice dishes from scratch using common ingredients. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to start or improve cooking.
