Disappointing customer service

I purchased a bag earlier this week as a gift for my mom, and a few things happened over the course of the week that left me disappointed as a new customer. First, I signed up for texts and used a 15% off coupon to place my order. Literally seconds after placing my order, I get a text saying “here’s 30% of your first order”. I contacted their customer service to ask for a price adjustment, and was denied. Then, of course, my package was stolen. I contacted them again asking if they have any protections in place for customers, or if they could at least offer me a new 30% off coupon (or even a 15% off one) to use. They said no. And they weren’t exactly nice about it either. I find it strange that they wouldn’t want to help out a new customer with at least a discount code. I won’t be shopping for their products again.

Began falling apart almost immediately

I was gifted a bag (tags were still attached so it was absolutely unused) and the zipper broke and leather handle began coming apart shortly after I began using it. I messaged customer service asking for information, not a replacement, on Oct 12. To date I have received 6 messages from them — all canned responses and not a single sentence actually responding to my inquiry.

Baggalini delivered to the wrong PO; it's up to you to retrieve it

Customer service is totally unresponsive.

I placed an order for two items on October 3 that should have been delivered to my home in Pennsylvania on October 16. I've followed the items' travels on the DHL tracking site. Somehow it arrived at the Gettysburg MPO, sat there for ten days and then was delivered to a PO in New Hampshire where we have a home. No one authorized that it be forwarded.

I contacted Baggallini three times on the contact website and twice by phone. On October 27, I was told that they would place a new order and send the items to me in 3-5 business days and they would be responsible for retrieving the items they sent to NH. Today, October 28, I received an email telling me that I need to call the PO and have them forward the items to me (at my expense).

I needed these items for a travel and will not have them in time for my departure. My biggest regret is that I did not choose to purchase from another company that sells bags with travel safe features.

Ouch!!

Ouch! I really love Baggallini bags, I have had several over the years. I am an airline pilot and am always looking for versatile, efficient well made bags and I think this company does a great job with that.

**However, my customer service experience today was not great. I placed an order that was more than $200 and realized right after I placed the order that I should have expedited the shipping. I called, spoke to a customer service rep who said after the order is placed (even if it was JUST placed) that they can not upgrade the delivery to expedite.

WOW. I was really surprised. That is really poor service.

I know, right?
I decided to buy three Bagalinni crossbodyTravel bags through Target Online and I was not the least bit disappointed! Very easy to order. Bags were promised in 4 to 5 days, They arrived in 2. Reason for buying three is I could not make up my mind which size would be best. All the bags were exactly what I pictured and actually better! Could’ve used any of the three but just chose one. Returns were extremely simple! Bring it back to Target within 90 days with tags attached. Brought the bags I didn’t need to my nearest Target and got full credit on my card.
The bag that I chose is absolutely perfect for my needs well-made and Best of all, doesn’t look like a travel purse! Plenty of pockets, zippers work great. I’m extremely pleased!

The bags are okay. Customer service: HORRIBLE

The bags are okay, but the customer service is horrible, and their website is bad also. I could not find my recent orders (I was told by customer service that I couldn't.) I tried leaving a review on their site, but they wouldn't accept it because it was negative. If I ever buy another one, I will go with Amazon or Costco whom have better customer service.

Tried to order on line yesterday…no cal-backs over 4 days

Tried to order on line yesterday (=Sunday), " sorry that your order could not be placed. " Caled on MOnday monding, got to a nice gent, "Carlo", who guided me: Try the same credit card, same result; Tried a different credit card, same result; "Carlo" not allowed to take my order but took my info for someone to call me back. No call-backs in several hours. Both credit cards working fine with other companies.

/Edit update/ After 4 days of calling and "escalation" on their end, no one ever called back. They clear their escalation queue at the end of each day (according to "Johan", the last phone answerer I reached). I gave up on the order. Lousy company, imo.

This is the best bag/purse company…

This is the best bag/purse company ever! I saw a travel cross-body bag at a local retail store and decided I would try it. I was amazed at how organized it was. It had a pocket for everything I needed, perfectly. And the zipper pockets on the outside are so easy to remember (one for my keys, one for my cell phone and pens, one for my kleenex and business cards) so I don't have to frantically search for what I need inside an unorganized purse anymore. The ladies (or men) who designed these bags are geniuses! No more fumbling around in MY purse!

I currently had submitted a review due to miscommunication during the busy Christmas holiday. Baggallini Corporate customer support actually took the time to call me regarding email correspondences and addressing my concerns. Baggallini went “above and beyond” of making sure that I was taken care of. I also, want to address the superior quality of the products that I received. The convertible backpack is great because it's multifunctional for different occasions. It can be used as an overnight bag. Business day travel and many other uses as well. It has easily accessible compartments for all your needs. It’s not bulky. It comes with a sleek crossbody bag for quick access to ID's, passport, and credit cards. The tubular compression cube is great for socks and underwear. The fabric is a durable, water repellent material, easy to wipe clean as well. I would highly recommend Baggallini products and services.
