Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service, I had made a mistake with a purchase so made contact with the team. They responded very quickly and helped resolve my issue extremely quickly.
Price was incredible value compared to other sites around and delivery was very quick.

Item came as described, easy to order. Took a little longer to be delivered however it was ordered close to Christmas and there was troubles with royal mail so the company is most likely not to blame

Fabulous genuine product
Fabulous genuine product , so pleased I picked it up for my niece for Christmas, she will be over the moon.
The only down side it was double the price.
I can see why but still pretty annoying.
When I know what I paid for mine.

Thank you Elaine, glad it’s making someone happy this Christmas! They cost us around £30 to get in, selling for £46.99 but £55-£60 on the secondary market. Hopefully we can work on getting them in cheaper, to lower the price :) Have a great Christmas!

I felt like the packs were maybe weighed because sending out, I got a mystery pack worth £40 and literally nothing, it might be bad luck but I’m not sure, also my £35 mystery psa slab was not worth it at all!

Please note that modern packs are not “weighable” and haven’t been for several years now and has been pretty impossible since the introduction of different weight code cards. Additionally, we would never compromise our reputation with such behaviour.
We would have been more than happy to address your concerns or clarify any issues prior to your review. We are easily reachable through the website’s chat feature, email, or social media, and we typically respond within the hour.
The packs you received were selected completely at random from secure dispensers and sourced from the UK’s largest suppliers. The total value of the items in your mystery bag also exceeded what you paid for them.
The same applies to the mystery slab. Each card is price checked before being sealed in the bags, ensuring that its value matches or exceeds the purchase price. Market conditions can influence the card's value over time, and in some cases, buyers have found the card’s value to be double the cost of the bag.
We pride ourselves on offering one of the fairest and most generous mystery product ranges available, with a guarantee that you will always receive at least the value you paid. Rather than an all or nothing style approach most adopt.
Given this, I’m surprised by the 1 star review and your dissatisfaction with both items.
