Customer service is poor
Customer service is poor. Mystery boxes are the same each month and bulked out with the worthless etb and box items such as dice. After complaining about the box, I was promised it would change and it didn't. I cancelled the order after 1 more box. I wish it was etbs or actual product, not coins and dice

Hi Murray,
I understand you’re frustrated about not receiving your £10 Whatnot credit. However, as we’ve explained in our emails and messages, this credit is provided directly by Whatnot, not by us. That seems to be the real reason behind your 1 star review.
We advised you to reach out to Whatnot directly regarding the credit, but instead you asked us either to provide you with £10 ourselves or refund your order after the pack had already been opened on stream. Possibly because you weren’t happy with the pulls.
If there had been a genuine issue with our boxes, it wouldn’t make sense that you had already received four of them and maintained an active subscription until only a few hours ago, when you decided to cancel after not receiving the Whatnot credit.
Each box always contains items worth at least the amount you paid, and in most cases, the value is higher. As shown across our countless positive reviews and a high amount of active subscribers.
As for the “worthless ETB” comment, ETBs generally retail for £45 or more, with it incredibly difficult to find any below £50, so combined with the additional items included, the value certainly exceeds the £50 monthly subscription. Extras like dice, coins, pins, lower value promos, or sweets are not factored into the core value they’re simply complimentary additions.
We completely understand that missing out on the £10 credit is disappointing, but this is an issue for Whatnot to resolve. Please don’t direct that frustration toward us or suggest our boxes aren’t good value, as that isn’t accurate.
I hope Whatnot is able to sort this out for you soon.

First time buyer
First time buyer and didn't know what to expect in the mystery monthly box. My son (7) has just started collecting pokemon so thought I would give him a box for his birthday. I was delighted with what was put in and worth what I had paid. We will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Products arrived well packaged and in good conditions and were priced reasonably. There was a delay with delivery but the seller kept me informed through email and refunded delivery as a goodwill gesture. Would recommend

Would 100% order from again
