My game arrived with some damage from the manufacturer but Badzgaming responded very quickly and settled the matter with a mutually satisfactory part refund. Excellent service.

Ordered Pokémon trick or trade box which arrived quickly and well packaged. I was genuinely surprised as I hadn't heard of them before so was sceptical when I placed the order but they are the real deal.

Ordered a pokemon box from amazon.this was for my grandsons 7th birthday which this item he picked himself.i was guaranteed delivery on 13th of August the day before his 7th birthday.didnt arrive so I've now got no gift for my grandson who is extremely upset.amazon aren't interested and I'm just told to wait for delivery.not at all happy

Apologies for the delay in the parcel arriving. I can see it’s been marked as delivered today.
The order came through to us Sunday via Amazon for standard shipping, which is 2-3 days. It was then shipped Monday.
Amazon have provided you with an incorrect expected delivery date unfortunately. They told us to use our standard shipping method which is Tracked48.
We do have a Tracked24 option for shipping, but this wasn’t selected at checkout. This carries a £2 extra cost to cover the additional postage and faster processing. This is £1.50 if ordered via our own website and our prices are often cheaper direct, due to Amazons fees.
I am sorry it’s arrived later than what they have told you to expect it by. If we had known we would’ve shipped it next day.

Hi Darryl. Thank you for leaving a review after your 6th order. Hopefully the others have been satisfactory, I’m assuming so as no review has been left until now. Prices do change over time, same with any other company. Often our prices increase to bring the products in, but we are always more than competitive and why most customers (including yourself) come back several times. In terms of the missing item, this was a free pack claimed via a discount code which we offer 1 per customer, which you had already claimed on a previous order.
