I placed an order for my daughter for Christmas and shortly after I placed it I received an email from Laura explaining that they had sold out but had a delivery coming in the next day, Laura then called me the next day saying that she had accidentally given me a refund but assured me that once I had received the refund I could replace the order and they would keep the item I ordered aside for me, I was kept up to date on everything to do with my order, I have never had customer service like this before and can honestly say it’s the best I’ve ever had, I would happily order from here again I just want to thank you, Laura you were amazing 😊

Almost bought just over £1000 worth of stuff from this website then saw the comments on the site about “we proudly support the lgbtq community” you’ve lost my business! Be professional we don’t need to see this kind of stuff.

Dealt with Laura online for advice for a Cosplay. I knew what I needed to order but wasn't really sure about application and accessories to go with it.

On March 5, 2024 on line I ordered several items. It took a month for them to say it was delivered, i never received anything. All reviews are the same. This would be Macy's Backstage. I told them to credit my account by April 15, 2024 or I would report them to BBB, Consumer complaints and Visa. Since I am giving this review, it is obvious that I did not receive my refund! They said that they would refund 90 % but that didn't happen either!

I bought the Ben Nye Media Pro Compact from Backstage Shop and my experience was fantastic. The shop’s assistant, Shannon, has exemplary customer care/service skills and her attention to detail is really amazing. Hope her employers realise what a gem she is. The order I made wasn't delivered. I received an email from their delivery company saying the items had been delivered, with no confirmation, no proof of delivery, not even an address confirmation of where they delivered. I don't know if the order was delivered to the wro g place or what. I contacted the delivery company, who did not reply, and contacted back stage shop, who replied with "tracking says delivered" and nothing else. Do not expect help from them, it's a waste of money.

I ordered from them on Sunday as they had in stock a pink powder I really needed. Delivery was quick and I received exactly what I ordered. Overall I’m very happy with it and I will definitely purchase from them again.

Don’t usually like to give reviews under 4 stars as I know times are hard atm however my order Took a while to ship as they didn’t have the items I wanted and the wrong colour came anyway. They would let me send it back and exchange for a new one but by the time that’s done I’d have to spend money on postage and wait longer again! Not the best for my first time ordering.
